The sounds of the ocean water crashing and swaying echoed around the island. The sounds of nature rang within your ears as you had been going through your early morning training. The movements of your lightsaber was swift and smooth, just like the ever flowing breeze surrounding you. From afar, Luke Skywalker watched. The way you so gracefully wielded your weapon, movements so clean and calculated, yet, deadly. He knew you were ready.

Finishing your routine, slicing and jabbing the lightsaber in the air, you twirled the hilt in your hold before standing up straight, deactivating it and clipping it back to your belt. "It's time." Luke spoke, you looking up at him from the spot he was on, at the hill top. "You're ready."

Nodding your head and taking in a deep breath, he gestured for you to follow him. You had worked years for this, the only remaining Padawan now turned Jedi Knight, who would soon be a Master, from the massacre. An event you hardly allowed yourself to think about. It brought you too much pain, and with enough pain, came the anger and hate. Something you very much knew wasn't necessary. Not when you knew the truth and the reason behind the event.

"You are very wise for your age. Beyond your skills and ability, your mindset is right. The way you think, the way you handle things... You're patient, you have a strong mind and the leadership qualities you had back at the temple, all impressive." Luke spoke as the two of you had walked to the Jedi Temple, bringing you inside and stopping before the pool of water that had a mosaic beneath.

"Thank you, Master." You bowed your head as you stood beside him.

"I think you know where this is leading to." Luke said, looking down at the pool, then over to you. "The only one to survive, the one who finished her training." Seeing you nod your head once, he turned. "You are ready to become a Jedi Master."

Sucking in a breath and smiling, you bowed before him before standing up straight, only to engulf him in a hug as a small laugh left him. "Alright, alright."

"Sorry, Master." You let go as you shook your head. "Thank you. Training with you has been an honor." You nodded.

"I'm sure you know what this now means." He said, looking you in the eyes. "It's been six years. Much has happened, much has changed."

"The Resistance. The First Order." You spoke as Luke nodded. "Kylo Ren..." You breathed, your voice nearly faltering. "The balance must be restored."

"I sense their distress... I've reached out. Their hope is dwindling." Luke informed as you sucked in a small breath. "The First Order has the upper hand... But you can help." Watching him turn away and walk, over to the outside of the temple and to the rock, you slowly followed after and stopped just at the entrance, watching him take a seat.

Watching as he meditated, you took in a deep breath and eyed the binary stars before you in the sky, at their peak as you shut your eyes momentarily, feeling the world... the Force around you. Feeling everything and all. Then, you reached deeper into the Force, searching... scouting, something you did seldom. The one life Force that you had never let go of, that you felt so close to your heart. And you knew very well, they could've so easily blocked you off... But they didn't.
