Chapter 9
Andrew's P.O.V
I continued to cry. I was so loud, I wouldn't be surprise if the Alpha can here me form the pack house. I didn't know how long I've been in this bedroom, but I'm guessing not long, but I didn't care, I no longer cared, all I want is my older twin sister.
Then Michael came into the room. "Hey, how you doing?" He asked. "Not good, all I want is my sister!" I replied, my voice cracked at the mention of my sister and to have James to howl and whimper in pain and loss again, causing me cry harder. "Okay, why don't you have a shower, sometimes it helps, then I can take you down for some food." He said, I was about to protest, when he left and came back with our duffle bag and a towel. "Come on, the shower is this way." Gesturing toward the door, I sighed slowly got up, knowing if I argue, I won't win. I kept stumbling on the way to the bathroom. Apparently, I've cried so hard, I had put almost all my energy into it, but I don't care, all I want to do now is go to sleep and hopefully never wake up.
When I've had a shower, I went outside to hopefully sneak back into that bedroom, but with no such luck. Michael had stayed outside, waiting for me. "Come on." He said and took my arm. He basically dragged me down stairs, "W-When did this happen?" I recognised Alpha Declan's voice. "A few minutes ago, Declan. I already sent Michael up to get Andrew." I heard Beta Matthew reply. Me? Why do they want me?
Hopefully to kill me because I want my sister. I just kept my head down, not wanting to see what they have with them. "Andrew, look in the living room!" Michael said softly. How can speak to me softly when I'm about to get killed?! "Andrew?" A soft female voice said. I know that voice anywhere, but can't be, just can't be. James took over enough to snap my head up and see..... Aria, my sister. She looked healthy, no bones showing, she no longer looks like she's starving, and her skin is brighter. "No, it can't be, it can't be you?" I said in a hoarse voice whisper, like I haven't spoken in a year or two. "It's me, Drew, me and Sapphire!" As she said that, I felt another wolf come close to James. He kept on howling and yapping in delight, hope and... And love. I gasped when I realised it is Sapphire. I look back at Aria with fresh tears, my knees grew so weak, they couldn't hold my weight any longer. I dropped to the floor, crying again.
Aria walks over to me, kneels down in front of me and she cupped my face in her hands and wiped my tears away. As soon as her skin touched mine, I knew she was real and I say weakly, "It is you." She just nodded, grabbed my hands and helped me help. As soon as I was standing, I pulled her in for a hug, which I do not plan on releasing any time soon. I'm scared that she will disappear. I buried my head into the crook of her neck and took in her scent. It's driving James crazy. He just keeps on howling, and howling and howling in happiness that our sister is alive.
She lead me over to the couch and pushed me lightly making sit down, so I did, taking her with me. She whispered soothing words to me. I managed to stop crying after a while, she said "Michael, can you show which me room was he staying in please!" There's no reply, so I'm guessing he just nodded, because Aria helped me up, still weak from crying, then I hear the Alpha say, "I've got him." And took me off Aria.
James whimpered, he wants to close to our sister as possible. When we reach the bedroom I was in before, Aria got onto the bed and rested her back against the head board. Somehow, I managed to get myself over to her, without falling to floor, got in with her and rest my head on her lap. I couldn't find it me to sleep, I was scared that Aria wouldn't be there when I wake up. Sensing this, she started run her fingers through my damn hair, silently telling me that she wouldn't go anywhere anytime soon, and with that thought, I found sleep very easily.
Some time later, I got woken lightly. "Sorry, Drew, just let me lie down and we can go back to sleep." Said Aria. I didn't reply. I was still to tired, so I just moved a little for her. She made herself comfortable on my chest. We both found sleep quickly after that.
12:00, noon next day
I wake up sometime at midday the next day. I remembered what happen yesterday. I know Aria dying part was real, but I didn't know whether the part about Aria alive and well was. I was about to decide whether it was a dream or not, until heard a moan. I look down to see Aria just starting to wake up. She looked at me and smiled. I sat up abruptly, coursing Aria to do the same. "Hey Drew, I know you still think I'm dead, but I'm not. I'm right here, I told you yesterday, I wouldn't go anywhere." Aria said. So what happen yesterday WAS real!
I grabbed her into a bone crushing hug. "Can't breathe Drew!" She said tightly. "Sorry, what happened to you? I was so scared, I didn't know what to do? You just died, right there and then! I-" said frantically before she cut me off "Andrew! I'm right here, and the answer to your questions, I made the Alpha and Beta wait, so you could rest and I want to only explain this story once, and only once! Okay?" She said and I hugged her again, "Okay, I'm just happy that your alive! I was ready to follow you if Michael didn't come and get me!" She stiffened as I said that but relaxed again. "I know." She said. "Come on, let's go down to get breakfast or more like lunch." she said looking at the clock. "That is, if your able enough to walk on your own, that is!" She continued on sarcastically, "Oh ho, I'm able!" I say and chase her out of the room and down the stairs and into the kitchen. "Ah, you finally up. Well, the Alpha wants you over at the pack house as soon as you eaten, so here you go. Eat fast the Alpha doesn't like waiting!" Ethan said, while his mate, Ellie past us some food and started eating.
After we ate, Ethan must have used the mind link to contact the Beta, since we don't know our way around here. "Come on you two, the Alpha is waiting!" Beta Matthew said while he looked at Aria sternly. 'Ours! No one can touch her that's not her mate! Apart from us!' Said James and I agreed with a growl at the beta. He just growl in returned. "Boys, are we going to act like pups or are we going to act wolves!" Ask Aria while looking just as sternly at both of us. "Yes ma'am." We say in allusion, and Aria and I started following Matthew to the pack house.
When we reach the their pack house, Aria and I, stopped dead in our tracks. 'It has to be at least twice the size of our old pack's pack house!' I said to Aria through our mind link. 'Yep, I knew their pack house was big, but this.... This is HUGE!' She replies. Matthew cleared his throat, Aria and I look at each other, uneasy, then kept on walking. Matthew lead us to the Alpha's office, knocked on the door and just walked in. I looked at Aria, surprised, at our old pack we have to wait for permission before we could enter the Alpha's office. "Alright rouges, about time for an explanation!" Alpha Declan said. Oh, crap. Here we go.
