Chapter 46

Andrew's P.O.V

One of the dragons was a dark emerald green and the other was an amber brown colour. "Holly fuck!" Aditi screamed. "They're supposed to be a myth!" Drake said. The green dragon turn towards me and without the others seeing, I pointed to Chase and Aria. The green dragon narrowed it's amber eyes at them and turned towards the brown dragon. The brown dragon nodded it's huge head and jumped off the mountain face, slowly making its way down to us. I quickly pointed to the pack house and the brown dragon turned one eye to the pack house and nodded at me. The others eyed the brown dragon as it came close to landing on the cliff's edge. I found out the dragon was female and I didn't know her. I know the green dragon, but not this one. The green dragon roared in challenge at the hunters, jumping off the mountain and diving for them, breathing flame onto them.

Their screams were hearable from inside the shield. Everyone jumped to the green dragon as it soared overhead, coming back around. In that time, the brown dragon picked up Aria and Chase, turning around to the pack house and taking them there. "Aria!" Justin yelled and I placed a hand on his chest, knowing he was going to jump off the cliff. "Come on!" I said, turning to the path we came up, but Sephtis was zooming towards Justin and me. I pushed Justin just in time before Sephtis came crashing into me. The green dragon roared in rage and tried to get to me as fast as he could. I pushed Sephtis off me and I shifted. I lunged and Sephtis tackled me from underneath, crashing my ribs, breaking them. I howled and whimpered in pain, which made the green dragon even angrier. He roared and breathed flame onto us. Sephtis moved off me before the flames hit us and Lara protected me from the flames. The dragon slammed himself into the cliff as I shifted back, whimpering and whining. The dragon brought his head close to mine and nudged me. I whimpered in response. The dragon whined and carefully, picked me up in its claws and started carrying me back to the pack house before I lost consciousness.

The green dragon's P.O.V.

I felt Andrew fall unconscious and I beat my wing faster. 'Jude! I got Aria and Chase to the pack house!' Indria, the amber brown dragon told me, flying beside me. 'Did you get their attention?' I asked. 'How could you miss a three tone dragon coming up on you?' She replied. 'Good point.' 'What happened to Andrew!?' She asked frantically when she saw him in my claws. 'Vampire crushed his ribs!' I told her as I dived slowly to the ground. I just placed Andrew on the ground when thick ropes were thrown over me, trapping me to the ground. 'Indria! Go!' I told her. If I fought, I would end up hurting someone. 'No! Conner said to stay together so I'm stay!' 'Go, NOW!' I yelled. She whimpered and flew off towards our camp, the ropes barely missing her. They threw a chain net over me next. I'm still amazed by the strength of werewolves and vampires. I really don't know how they managed to get a net over me, an one hundred foot dragon no less.

'We need to get out of here!' My dragon, Buchembrallor or Brallor for short. 'I know! But we can't hurt them!' I replied. 'Then shift! You know we can out run the net and the ropes!' He said and I did as he said. I shifted and bolted. 'Sorry Andrew.' Brallor whimpered as I made it to the tree line. Every dragon is grateful for what Aria and Andrew did a few years ago, we would do anything for them of they asked. We felt bad for leaving him there without checking up on him but the race of dragons shifters were unknown to the outside world, apart from a selected few and our mates. I ran for five minutes, trying to find a valley to take off from, but I was tackled to the ground by a wolf. I pushed the wolf off me and I got a good look at him. This wolf was male, he was starlight white with the mark of the bronze, with a hint of silver High Royal mark, also with the Vampire Royals mark on his back with extra marking on him. 'Must be Aria's and Andrew's older brother.' Brallor suggested. I didn't get to reply, because the wolf suddenly lunged at me.
