Chapter 26
Andrew's P.O.V
As soon we back to the pack, Aria shifted, put the overly large shirt that Chase gave her, on and ran upstairs. I think she's going to put on some of her clothes on. Justin, Ian and I went to find the others while Chase followed Aria, I think. We hear the others call Aria from the living room, so we headed there. They're all were sitting on the couches. Sophia saw us first and she bolted to Ian. "I'm okay!" I heard Ian say to her as she hug him to practically to death.
"Your back!" Mason said to me, he's still uneasy about Justin. "Yeah, but only Aria, Justin, Ian, Chase and I. We've got 4 rouges alive and Aria wants them to stay that way." I answered, taking a seat. "Why not just kill them?" Simon asked. "We need answers. The leader of the rouge group mention about Angela's older brother and pack.... I think those southern pack's that got killed weren't really killed at all, not all of them at least!" I replied and they all has shook faces on. Except Kyle had a mixed of worry and fear as well. "So we need help getting them here. Any volunteers...? Or do I have to pic?" I asked amused. Zena, Winter and Ian volunteered. "Your going back?" I asked Ian. "I only came back so I won't worry Sophy!" He replied and I just nodded my head.
"Anymore?" I asked. Sophia put her hand up. "Why not." Both Ian and Mason growled. "What? I'll have you there, won't I?" Sophia asked smugly. Ian groaned, but Mason growled again. "If you even think of let her g-" I cut him off. "If your so worried so god damn much, then go with them." I said, getting annoyed now. Mason glared at me but complied. "We'll come to." Simon said. "Actually, Aunt H, Aria wants to speak with you about a problem." I said and she looked at me confused. "What sort of problem?" Helena questioned. "Um... Ithinksheusethatmagicyouweretalkingabout!" I said muttered quietly.
The whole room went silent. "What!" Helena said. I took a deep breath and repeated, "I think she used that magic you were talking about!" The whole room went dead silent. "Come again!" Sophia said. "You heard me the second time!" I said, eyes still on Helena. "What did she do?" She question again. "I think... I think she made a sonic wave with her front paws in wolf from. I don't know. As soon as the wave it us, it nocked us out, didn't it?" I asked Ian. "Yeah, it did... And I really didn't appreciate the wake up call!" He answered, rubbing his ear. I rubbed mine to. "Yeah, it not nice on the receiving end of it, is it?" I said. "Nope." He replied, popping the 'p.'
"What did she do?" Simon asked. "She blew her killer whistle!" Ian and I said at the same time. "Ouch." Zena and Winter said. "Yep!" I said. "Anyway, Uncle Simon you can come but Aunt Helena you need to stay here. Incase Aria comes down looking for you." I said. "Alright. Now go, get those rouges back here!" Helena said sternly. "Yes ma'am!" Simon said mockingly. "Watch it love!" Helena replied with a knowing smirk and Simon clamped his mouth shut. "Let's go!" Ian said and those of us who we're going left the house, striped, shifted and Ian and I lead the way.
After 10 minutes of easy running, we made it to the valley. 1 rouge was awake. It was the one Aria threw into a tree before she did... Whatever she did was. The light brown wolf looked scared. Fear radiated off him in waves. He couldn't be more than 20-23. We shifted and we walked out. "I see one of the mutts is awake!" I dead panned and the rouge squirmed away from us, or tried to at least. His front and back paws were tied and so was his muzzle. "Yeah, he came too a few minutes ago. How's Angie?" Declan asked. "Shit! I didn't think to check!" I said, mentally slapping myself for it. "Well that's great thinking on your part idiot!" Amy said playfully and I growled pack playfully.
"So how are we going get these rouges back to the pack house?" Ian asked. "Good question!" Matthew said going over to Zena. I fought about it for a moment. "We can wake the rest up and force them to come with us? Since there only 4 of them and what-" I cut myself off to count whoever was here. "Like 12 of us!" I finished. "That's properly not a bad idea." Max said looking at all of us. "There is a lot of us than them... And I doubt that anybody will come and get them!" He added.
"Maybe, but they might if any of these 4 are of some value... If that be the case, let's get going!" Zena said and we all agreed with her. We tied ropes around their necks joining them together. Max joined in at the front of the line, going to pull them along while the rest of us kept them in line. It took us a few tries to wake them up but we got them up in the end. 1 growled at us while the others cowered when they realise the position their in. I grabbed a dagger that Zena brought with her and went over the last rouge in the line, the light brown one.
When he saw me with the dagger in hand, he tried to get way from me but of course he couldn't go anywhere. As I got closer he started to whine and whimper, I see he's even shaking a little. When I stood three feet in front of him, I crouched down. "I'm not going to hurt you rouge!" I said to him as I reached for the ropes on his front paws. Of course, the rouge didn't believe him and still tried to squirm away... But stopped when he felt the ropes on his paws loosen. I went to his back feet and did the same. "See... I told you I wouldn't hurt you." I dead panned. He got up slowly watching everyone and he stretched, then laded back down with his head on his paws.
"At least we know that this one won't be a problem!" Amy said walking pass me. I handed her the dagger. "I'll watch him!" I said, leaving no room for an argument. She just nodded and went to untie the others paws. Once they were untied the rest of us shifted. We nudged the other wolves to stand up. The light brown one didn't need asking twice. The others that had cowered before looked at him and he nodded, they stood up slowly. The one that growled at us before growled at us again. I was behind him so bit his tail, hard. He yelped and jumped to up to his feet. By this time I was next to the light brown now again. I heard him snicker a little. Before that growling rouge could see who bit him, Max pulled on the rope, leading them into a run.
It took us 15 minutes just to get us to the pack house. 5 minutes longer than usual, the growling rouge wouldn't stop being a pest. Mason had to bite him on the neck to show him that we could easily kill them if needed. It worked and I was surprised by that. Anyway, when we got to the pack house the sun was setting on the western horizon. We shifted and put out clothes. "Shift!" Declan yelled at the rouges. They didn't move or shift. I went and got some clothes for them and gave them to them. "Now SHIFT!" I yelled in my Beta's of Beta's voice.
The light brown one shifted first and quickly grab the clothes beside him. He stayed where he was, looking around the clearing. The other cowered rouges shifted as well. The growling one still refused to shift. 'Aria! We've got a rouge here who won't shift!' I said through the mind link. I didn't get a replied but the door did slam open. I turned to see Aria standing in the door frame. "I suggest that you shift rouge!" She said in a very deadly voice.
He still refused. "Bad idea!" I said and the other rouges looked at me, confused. "I. SAID! SHIFT!" She yelled in... Wait! That's not even a Luna's voice. What ever voice that was it got the rouge to shift. Once he put some shorts and a shirt on, we lead them to the cellars below the pack house. The one that was the light brown wolf was looking around frantically, like he was looking for something. We just ignored it and placed the rouges in the cellars, one in each.
We went back up to the living room. "Did you talk to Helena?" I asked Aria. "Yeah, we need to go back to the Golden palace!" She responses, taking me by surprised. "What! When? I though we weren't going for at least a couple of days yet!" I said. "We are but the sooner the better. Lara said something interesting during my talk with Helena." Aria said. "What? What did she say?" I asked. Aria stopped and said something I thought was impossible.
"There's a prophecy!"
