Chapter 41
Aria's P.O.V
There were four guards out side the cave's mouth, two on each side. 'We can easily over power them?' Andrew suggested. 'No, we don't know how many are inside. We could be over whelmed in a matter of seconds.' I replied, expanding my telepathy to all of us. 'Ari's right. Without knowing how large a number is inside the cave, we can't do anything.' Hart said. 'Then we get inside.' Amy said. 'But how?' Jason said. 'There are tunnels all over this territory. I know an opening that leads into this cave pacifically.' Viola spoke up. 'Your gonna have to tell me everything you know one day Viola.' I said. 'Only the stuff Zylen gave me.' She replied with a smile. 'Okay, now that's sorted. Who's going in?' Nicholas asked. 'Since Viola knows how to get in, she'll go, so will I, Andrew and Drake.' I said. 'I think that's enough. Anymore and we'll be found out.' Andrew said when Justin and Chase were about to protest.
'Fine.' They grumbled. 'Hey, we've done this before. Don't worry.' I said before leaving. 'Please be careful!' They whispered. 'Lead the way Viola.' Andrew said and she led us about half of a kilometre away from the cave. She started looking through the undergrowth of the forest floor. "Ah huh, found it!" She said, opening up a trapdoor from the ground. "Perfect." I said. "Go on." She said, gesturing for me to go first and I jump down into the tunnel below. Andrew was next, then Drake, the Viola who closed the entrance. "Won't they find the entrance?" Andrew asked. "No, it's really well camouflaged." Viola answered. "Augue." (Fireball) She added and a fireball form just above her hand. "This way." She said and walked down the corridor.
After fifteen minutes of walking, we came to a dead end. "Okay, we have to go up from here." Viola explained at our confused expressions. "Okay, give me a boost." I said. Andrew linked his fingers together and I stepped into them. "That one." Viola answered my unasked question. I slowly lifted the plate a little to see a guard standing at the entrance of the back of the cave. I slowly and softly place it on the ground and lifted myself up, completely ignoring the looks getting. I got a dagger out and snuck up on the guard. I purposely kick a pebble and the guard spun around. "Hi." I said before I knock him out using the butt of the daggers. Which has to hurt because the butt of the dagger is a jewel. "Really?" Andrew asked as he leaped out of the tunnel. I just shrugged my shoulders and looked around. I found Drake easy. I rushed over to him and removed the gag. "You okay?" I asked. "Yeah.... Cameron!" "We've got him. He's safe. He's at the pack house with a friend." I said and he sighed in relief.
"It's a bit more than a friend Ari!" Andrew said and I looked at him annoyed. "What have you done with him!?" Drake whispered/yelled. "We've done nothing to him, he's protected by at least three packs." I said, untying Drakes bounds. "Three packs?!" Drake exclaimed. "Long story." I said, walking back to Andrew and with Drake following. "Where's Drake and Viola?" I asked. "Down here!" Drake called. "What are you now, I snail?" I asked and Drake leaped out of the hole. "Very funny." Drake replied. "Vampire!" Drake exclaimed. "Hybrid. He's one quarter wolf." Andrew said. "And a friend." I added. "How many wolves do you have in here!?" Drake asked Drake..... 'This is going to confusing really fast!' I said to Andrew. 'You think!' He replied. "Why would I tell you that?!" Drake asked in return and I groaned in frustration, walking to the entrance. "We don't have time for this!" Andrew whispered/yelled, going around and untying people. "Atlan." Drake said as a girl jumped at him. "Viola, how many people can this tunnel hold?" I asked. "Eight, ten at the most." She replied. "Okay, Drake, get the kids and people aren't able to fight into groups, Viola's going to lead them out." I instructed. "No." "Do you want these people to die?!" Andrew asked. "No..." "Then do as I say, or at least ask Aditi's opinion!" I said. "How do yo-" "Never mind that!" I said quickly, cutting him off.
"Please Drake..." Atlan pleaded. "Do as they say." Drake told the people here and they started pilling into the tunnel. "Where are you going to take them?" Atlan asked. "To the pack house." I said as I mind linked Nicholas to send Jason's Delta to follow our scent to the trap door and wait there until these rouge come up. 'What is he meant to do to them?' Nicholas asked. 'Take them to the pack house. There will be a few groups going so he's going to have to do a few trips.' I said. 'Alright, and his name is Jacob.' Nicholas replied before shutting off the mind link. "Where is your sister Drake?" Andrew asked. "They took her and her mate down a few minut-" A male screaming cut him off further out the cave. "Ryder!" Another male exclaimed and charged for the entrance; Andrew caught him just in time. "Barging in like that will only give you death!" He whispered harshly in the male's ear. The wind changed and it was blowing into the cave and Andrew and I picked up a familiar scent.
