Chapter 29

Chapter 29: Lexi's POV:

Previously...

"Holy F***!!!" he screams "How long have you been here?"

With Chase's expression of utter confusion and my lack of sleep. I couldn't help but laugh. I laughed until my eyes were full of tears. It got to the point where my stomach was cramping from my non-stop laughing. 

"Are you okay?" Chase asks slightly concerned.

"I'm fine," I say with a slight giggle in my voice. "are you okay?"

"Yea why," he says completely confused

"Because you didn't notice me at all, and you look sort of like a zombie" I once again start laughing as I imagine Chase as a zombie, only this time he joins in too. Then we hear the sound of little kids laughing and we look over the see Chase's siblings laughing as well as Beverly. We make eye contact and that's when Chase and I start rolling on the ground crying from laughter. 

We keep trying to stop laughing, and when we do we make eye contact and start laughing again. After a while its like we have become actual zombies cause the laughing has taken all of our energy and we have just fallen in a sleep-like state, Clearly cause we are exhausted. 

"What the fu...i mean fudge was that" Chase changes his choice of words when his mum gives him a stern glare.

"I have no clue, I think I'm just exhausted and imagining you as a zombie made me lose it completely," I say with complete honesty that it brings a huge smile to Chase's face.

"you see I would have started laughing after hearing you say that, but truthfully I am way too laughed-out that I can barely bother giving you a smile" Chase sits forward in his chair, resting his head in his arms.

"I'm tired too, with the day I've had I could literally fall asleep right here," I say with a yawn.

"Mum, may we please be excused?" Chase asks his mother in the most formal voice ever.

"yea sure honey, if you guys need anything ill be down here," she says giving us a kind smile

"wait I thought you were going to play with me," Lucy says with sweet innocent puppy dog eyes that make me feel like I must do as she says

"we will later okay we are just so tired that we need to take a nap okay" Chase replies before I get the chance.

Chase grabs my arm after I get out of my seat and leads me up the stairs to where I'm assuming his room is. I know I'm correct when the door opens to reveal a room with plain white walls that are covered with a bunch of different posters of bands I've never heard before. There are a few guitars around the room as well as a double sized bed opposite the window showing the night sky littered with stars.

He pulls me over to the bed and lets go of my hand as he takes a seat resting his head on the headboard and closes his eyes.

"I am not going to sleep with you, just because you have taken me into your room doesn't mean anything is going to happen," I say before I take a seat before I involuntarily collapse on the hardwood floors. 

"Firstly, I'm not exactly in the mood to do anything with you and secondly, you came to my house, so I'm just trying to be kind and giving you a bed to sleep on is sort of a kind gesture that deserves a thank you," Chase says still with his eyes shut.

"Well thank you," I say slightly bitterly, this causes Chase to open one eye before he closes it again and relaxing his body deeper in the pillows against the bed head.

I slowly move from the edge of the bed to the headboard and lay in a similar position to Chase only I am laying on the pillows instead of propping my head against the board. I close my eyes and can feel sleep taking over my body. 

"So are we going to talk about why you are here?" Chase asks in a quiet voice as he leans over and turns the lamp off, making the room almost pitch black except the light of the moon streaming in through the window. 

"Not tonight" Just before I feel sleep completely take over my body, I feel an arm wrap around me and pully me closer to a warm body. I fall asleep in Chase's arms feeling safe, not afraid of what the next day will bring.

I only have two words to say to you all right now and that is TEEN WOLF!!!!!!

I started watching it not long ago and now I'm hooked, I'm currently at the startish part of season 4 and I am legit in love with all the characters. And can I just say damn why can't all the hot guys on the show go to my school like seriously I'm stuck with (no offence guys that go to my school) ugly pricks.

Anyway, hope you enjoy, I might rewrite this chapter not too sure about it yet.
