Part 25

We made our way home early the next day after our short break together.

I had to be in the company building for a few days to have meetings and discuss recording my new album, so we decided to head back to the dorms to stay. Jonghyun would be staying there too for a while, doing the same as me.
As we made our way into the foyer to the elevator, I heard a very loud 'TAEMIN-SSHI' causing me to turn around.

It was Kibum followed closely by Amber. I was fond of Amber, she wasn't at all like the Korean female idols.

'Amber!' I called back as they made their way over to us arms out. She hugged me playfully as Kibum hugged Jen, ruffling her hair.

'Jen this is Amber' He introduced them.

'The famous Jen! I am pleased to meet you.' Amber grinned at her, shaking her hand.

'Nice to meet you too,' she grinned back at her.

It was hard not to like Amber instantly.

'What are you doing?' I asked them both.

'We just went for food, now I'm going to help Kibummy here practice, what are you doing dude?' she asked me.

'Just got back from the beach,' I told her. I looked at Kibum who was stroking Jens hair like some kind of freaky dog.

Amber followed my gaze and scoffed at him. 'It's lovely hair,' she told Jen causing a laugh, 'But put her down now Key, you can't just pet people,'

They said goodbye and made their way to one of the practice rooms as we made our way to the elevators to the dorm.

'She's nice' Jen commented to me.

'Yeah, she is, she'll look out for you,' I told her.

We put our things in the dorm and soon I had to leave for a meeting with my manager.

'Will you be ok?' I asked Jen.

'Of course, I will' she pouted pressing a kiss on my cheek.

I opened the door to leave and standing right in front of me was Chanyeol.

'Chan.' I exclaimed.

'Yah Taemin,' he shuffled awkwardly, 'Is Jen there?' he looked over my shoulder into the dorm.

'Yeah.' I answered before thinking.

'See you later' he said as he walked into the dorm behind me. I stood stock still for a second a little shocked. In the background, I heard him squeal 'Jen! Yah! Noona!' and Jen reply, 'Call me a Noona again and I will break your fingers.' Both of them laughed.

I was shocked not because he was there, but because he was there so soon after we arrived. I looked at my watch and realised I was too late for my meeting to really worry about Chanyeol.

I didn't have time to worry about Chanyeol turning up all day. I was stuck in meetings deciding my next album. I was happy with how the meetings went so by the time they finished I was not at all worried about why Chanyeol was spending increasing amounts of time with my girlfriend.

I made my way back to the dorms a few hours later, to be greeted by Jen, Chanyeol who was still there Kibum, Amber, and Jonghyun.

'Why are you all here?' I asked as I walked in.

'I'm here because I live here,' said Jonghyun. 'They want me in with you.'

'We came by after rehearsing,' said Kibum.

'Yeah because he lost focus,' scoffed Amber.

'I was about to leave when Jonghyun turned up and time got away.' Chanyeol added last.

'Do you want to know why I'm here?' said Jen sarcastically. Her eyebrow cocked up. Chanyeol and Jonghyun laughing at her joke.

'Haha funny' I replied equally as sarcastic.

I dropped down into the free chair at the end of the room and rubbed my stomach. Man, I was hungry, but I really didn't want to pay for food.

'So, I want it pink. Can you do that?' Kibum was asking Jen.

'Key for the 600th time yesssss, I can do it pink.' Jen told him rolling her eyes.

Amber hit him with a pillow. 'You... are... such... a... girl.' Every word was punctuated with the hit of the pillow.

'Yahhh, that hurts, why are you so strong, Aish.' He whined back.

'I'm hungry.' Said Jonghyun.

'You walked in eating,' said Chanyeol.

'Yeah, but I can eat again,' he grinned. 'Yah, why are you here Chanyeol, go and get me food.'

'Aish, this guy. I'm going, I'll see you all later. See you tomorrow, trouble.' He pointed at Jen before leaving.

So, they were seeing each other tomorrow too?

'Taeeeeemiiiinnnnniiiiii' Whined Jonghyun.

'I AM NOT BUYING YOU FOOD,' I yelled at him.

'Kids, kids, don't fight, Papa Key is here. I'll buy it'.

We all cheered.
