"No," Tom rolled his eyes at your complaining, continuing his attempts at getting you out of bed. "Please, leave me alone." He shook his head, momentarily forgetting you couldn't see him, considering your head was buried in a pillow.
"You promised you'd come with me today!" You groaned loudly, turning so you laid on your back with your eyes still closed. You stretched your arms out, blindly reaching in front of you to touch Tom. "Are you trying to find me, to push me away?" You laughed lightly, opening one eye and seeing how much farther from you he was than you thought. "Get up!" You shook your head again.
"It's too early! Who the hell goes to the gym at six in the morning?" He climbed onto the bed, straddling your lap and bouncing slightly.
"Me, someone who likes to go to the gym and find it empty." You pouted, reaching your arms out to touch his face. Your hands slipped from the sides of his face down to his neck. Your fingers played with the hairs that rested there before they continued down lower, wrapping around his waist. You both smiled at each other and Tom leaned in to give you a small kiss. You took him by surprise, flipping him on his back and climbing on top of him instead.
"Isn't this better?" You whispered leaning in and letting your fingers dance their way across his chest and slip underneath his tank top. He hummed in appreciation, causing you to smirk at the fact that he was most likely about to give in. "Wouldn't you rather just stay in," you leaned down, kissing the right side of his neck, "stay in bed," a kiss to the other side, "do other physical things?" You leaned in to kiss him on the lips this time, your nails scratching on the warm skin of his stomach.
"Hm," you heard him moan into the kiss, his hands coming up to grab your waist. "Maybe later." He whispered, gently tossing you toward your side of the bed. "Get dressed, don't forget a sweater!" You groaned and threw a small tantrum in bed as Tom laughed at you, leaving the room to let you get ready.
"This is literally the worst day of my life," you huffed, your hand coming up to wipe the sweat away from your forehead. Tom laughed at you, knowing you were just overexaggerating. You had just done about seven minutes on the treadmill, meaning you still have fourteen minutes left.
"You're such a drama queen," Tom teased, going back to lifting the weights he had just added to. "Don't worry, we'll go out for breakfast wherever you want, alright?"
"I almost got my breakfast this morning in bed," you mumbled, smiling when Tom's laugh echoed in the room again.
"S'okay, love," the weights in his hands didn't even faze him, his voice unwavering as he answered you, "I'll make sure you get what you want – desserts on me tonight." He stopped the weights, getting a sip of water.
"Do you mean that literally?" You laughed loudly as you heard Tom coughing, most likely from choking on his water.
"Darling, please," he placed himself in front of you, shaking his head, "I need to keep my focus." You smirked, going back to watching your speed on the treadmill as Tom walked toward his gym bag to pull out his gloves.
