I woke up tiredly and climbed out the bed to find everyone else still asleep in theirs or on the couch. I got a tall glass of ice cold water to try to wake myself up, as I heard a buzzing like hum.

I looked and found Chrome crawling around on my shoulder, powering up.

"Hey little buddy." I gently rubbed a finger under his chin as he chirped quietly.

"Good morning Jigu." Ewart mumbled, rubbing his eyes. He headed to the fridge and pulled it opened. He held it open, searching, before pulling out jug of juice made from crai apples, and poured a glass.

He dropped a tiny crystal in it and stirred, before pulling out crystal apple. He took a big bite out of it and smiled.

"I can never stop being surprised by what you can do with those crystals." I chuckled and shook my head. "Why not just make a crystal apple? Why use crai apple juice?"

"Gives it flavor, makes it sour then sweet." He chuckled and ate it to the core, before making the crystal turn into something else he could eat. "You ready for the test results?"

"I suppose. Hopefully we pass." I sighed.

"You know, I never found out what special thing you are climbing the tower for." He sat down on the empty couch and I followed and slid next to him.

"Nor have you." I chuckled.

"You first."

"No, you." I sipped my water.

"You are going to banter until I do aren't you?" He chuckled.

"Yep."

"Alright alright." He chuckled.

I smiled and put down my glass of water.

He took a breath. " I am climbing the tower to try to find more of my people."

"What do you mean?" I frowned sadly.

"Blue Crystals." He sighed. "When I was a boy, the Red Crystals destroyed my village. Everyone I knew was dead..."

"I see... I am sorry Ewart." I sighed sadly, and hugged him.

"It is alright. I know there's some here in the tower. I just only wish I could find them." He smiled sadly, and hugged back awkwardly. "The only thing I have left is this dagger." He held up a crystal dagger. "It is a family heirloom."

"It is beautiful." I looked at it as it sparkled.

"It is. But I promised to never use it, because it's all I have left of my past other than myself and my memories." He sheathed it in the small sheath in his hidden arms inventory. "Now it's your turn." He smiled softly.

I sighed. "I honestly don't know why I am climbing the Tower yet. But if I had to say, it would be to find answers for who I am."

He put a sympathetically put his hand on my shoulder and a soft smile. "It's ok to not know yet. We do have... " He thought for a second. "One hundred and twenty-nine floors to go." He smiled reassuringly.

"Yeah. I suppose." I smiled back, before hearing a beeping. "OH! Pap is summoning everyone for the results."

"Better wake up the others. What do you say?" He chuckled, motioning to the cupboard of pots and pans.

"Oh this will be fun." I smiled and grabbed two.

He grabbed two others, and we grabbed them, sneaking towards our sleeping companions, before banging them together.

The sleepy seven screamed and woke up, as Weldon fell out of bed, and Noe screamed and went flying into Jeonsa's arms, who yelped and fell off the bed.
