The 15th floor was dark. Not like the 14th floor, but it was dark, minus one building that was lit up with dozens of neon lights. "What floor is this?" Kal looked at the building confused, as the group slowly made their way to the building, drawn to it like moths are to any source of light.

"I don't know." Weldon shrugged, the one closest to her. "We will probably find out when we get there." The two scouts took the lead, as the rest of us piled behind, curious but cautious of the floor after we had experienced the last one.

"Jigu, you ok?" Mercy asked, staying by me since we had gotten up to the floor.

"Yeah... I'm ok. I think. It was so weird... Mercy... I saw things I can't explain..." I looked down at the Dreamwriter which I held in my hands, feeling it pulsing ever so slightly, as if the stick was somehow still alive.

"I know. I didn't see what you did, but when I looked and saw you down in theat maze, there were times you were frozen, staring into oblivion." She explained, before giving a soft sigh. "I am sorry we didn't get you out sooner..." She trailed off.

"Mercy, it's ok. At least I know you guys won't leave me behind." I smiled at her reassuringly, and hooked the dream writer onto my backpack. "The further away from that floor we get, the better off we will be."

"You said exactly what I was thinking," she brushed her bangs from her eyes and walked alongside me as we made it up to the building, catching up to the rest of the team.

Kal was trying to shove the massive doors open, with no effort. "A little help guys?" She shouted at them, eager to begin testing.

The second I walked forward to help, a platform we were all on lit up and lit up the door, opening it as Kal yelped and fell on her face, unbalanced. She shot to her feet and rocked on her heels, waving her arms frantically as she tried to not fall. Ewart snickered slightly, to only get glared at by Kal.

"You saw nothing," She threatened him, then pointed two fingers at her eyes, then turned them to everyone else before walking in first.

I stifled back a laugh, covering my eyes as I looked to the ground.

I hurried in after the rest, before the door shut behind us to shroud us in darkness, before a brilliantly bright light blinded us.

"Ugh! My eyes!" Dustin covered his face. He had not closed his eyes fast enough to prevent the light from hurting him.

The team blinked to try and clear spots and scratches from their eyes. "What is this?" I heard Edric ask confused.

I blinked and looked around, seeing the moving pictures that floated around us in the darkness, each seeming to glow.

"I don't know, but that looks like me!" Noe pointed over to one image, it seemed to play an image of a younger her.

"And there's me." Edric pointed to one.

Weldon walked towards one that didn't have him in it, but had some sort of memory that had a hat similar to his in it. "I... I think I know what floor this is. The floor of cursed history."

"The floor of cursed history?"

"Yeah. I... heard rumors about this floor. We have to face one of our pieces of history. One of our memories or something like that. By ourselves. If it is a good memory, it becomes bad, but if it's a bad one, it becomes worse."

"So, we have to pick one, and be careful about the one we pick. But whose of ours should we pick?" Mercy asked, looking around at the different memories and family histories.

"Probably not mine or Jeonsa's. Our families weren't exactly... How would you put it?" Noe looked over at her friend.

Her one visible eye blinked as she thought of the word before speaking, "Easygoing."

"Ok. So none of your twos. I'm not seeing any of mine around here, I might not be included in this." Mercy looked around, "So I don't think we should go hunting."

"A lot of mine are here." Weldon looked around, not touching any in case he accidentally triggered one. "But half of these, I don't recognize. They have my hat in it. But, otherwise, I don't know what they are like."

Kal walked around, her eyes shifting as she looked between many of them. "We want one that is definitely remembered and well known, but easier. Though harder might give us more points or something. And we definitely need to save up points."

I heard a soft mumble near me, "Yeah, but you'll spend it all on food and leave us with none."

"I HEARD THAT EWART!" Kal shouted and glared threateningly at the Wave Controller.

"Yeah. So? You have a bottomless pit for a stomach and don't try to deny it!" He shrugged, before turning and sighing. "Whatever. Let's just pick one and get this over with. I am having some strange vibes about this place."

"I think we all are." Edric nodded, rustling his wings slightly as they were sore.

"What about you, dragon boy? See any of your memories in these floating things?"

"Nope." He shrugged. "Not important enough I guess."

"Jigu?" Dustin tapped my shoulder. "Isn't that your staff in that one over there?" He pointed to one that was going around us in a large circle.

"Yeah. I think that is. That looks like my uncle holding it. Might be something useful for me in there." I shrugged.

He nodded and got everyone's attention as Kal was bickering with Weldon over something from one of the scenes,, "Oi! Hey! Guys! Ok, let's vote. Who wants to go into one of Jigu's, say Aye."

Everyone except for Kal said Aye, who protested with a nay, wanting something with more of a challenge.

"Everyone has voted Kal. It's eight to one. Now come on, let's go." Dustin took the lead, though it would have to be me to tap it to trigger it. The others weaved to avoid their floating panels of lights and moving history. Kal kept grumbling before noticing something and grinning with a sly smile.

She made it look like an accident and tripped, bumping into Ewart and having him fall, hitting one of his panels that was clearly his.

"Ugh, Kal!" He groaned, as the others vanished as the one he had touched lit up brighter along the edges. He rubbed his head and looked at it, before he went as white as a ghost. "No... No no no no no no no no!" He panicked and scrambled away from it crawling backwards.

"Yes yes yes!" Kal grinned, not knowing what the memory was or why it scared Ewart so much.

"Kal, what did you do?!" Dustin shouted, hurrying over as he saw Ewarts terror and Kal's grin.

The panel grew brighter and brighter until it enveloped all nine of us in a blinding white light.
