My Fault

Princey's POV

I regained consciousness after what felt like forever. I felt a cold substance running down my face. I tried to move my hand and see what it was but I couldn't feel my hands. They flat numb around the wrist area. I looked around, saw a pitch black sky with tall trees almost covering it. It also felt like I was moving down a rocky trail of some sort. I tried to move but I couldn't. I hear voices coming from up from. Both sounding familiar.

I remained quiet so no one could hear me, that is until I saw another body next to my. Virgil! My baby was here with me but he looked dead. I still saw a little bit of blood from his wound that I unforuately gave him.

He seemed unconscious as well but he also looked in pain. If I'm being honest, I'm surprise he hasn't died yet. But it's a good thing that he hasn't.

I turned to my other side so that I was facing Virgil. I stared at him for the remainder of this long trip to where ever we were going. I didn't care if I died during all this, I'm just hoping and wishing that Virgil will live.

Finally, after a very long time we finally came to a stop. I went limp and pretended to still be unconscious. I was pulled out of the cart and I'm guessing was taken inside because the lighting got much brighter.

I peeked my eyes open and saw two familiar figures. Devin and Scarlet!

I didn't know those two knew each other. And I know for a fact that this mean trouble. I just don't know what they could do really.

I pretended to regain consciousness. The two noticed and had this evil smirk on their faces. They walked up to me, stand me up right and just stared at me.

"What the hell are you guys doing with me and Virgil here?! And how do you two know each other?!"

"Well sweetie Devin here is my brother. And we just decided to meet up, get out revenge our you and your so-called lover over there. That I heard you.... stabbed him!"

My eyes widen.

How'd they know?!

"How'd you know about that?!"

"I'm pretty sure that everyone in your village heard about it."

What is with these guys?! How do they know that actually happened!?..... Wait.... were they ones that caused me to have those feelings that I was being watched? The ones that cause me to be so observant and caused me to stab Virgil, my little anxious baby, my lover, my very. Own. HUSBAND!! They're the ones who caused all this to happened..... But I guess some of that was my fault.

I'm truely do apologize about me not updating an actually chapter. I've been having writing block on this particular book. Like I said before, I feel like this book is way to similar to the prequel. I want to make it amazing for you all to enjoy. I'm doing what I can here and I really appreciate all that you guys do. And if you have any ideas on what I can do to make this book a bit more interesting, I would love to hear them. But I'll be updating when I can. Till next time readers,
