Rescue Plan

Patton's POV

Once again it was quiet once we got back to the house. I wanted to talk with Logan for a little bit bit he seems to be acting strange towards me. Which is really unusual for him because he's never acted like this before. I was worried about him.

I was about to go talk to him. But I realized that I was tired and we had to be up early for the journey to go find Roman and my Anxious Son. Also known as Virgil. I went towards my room and fell asleep, thinking about both Roman and Virgil, and about Logan.

Maybe I'll talk to him tomorrow.

Time Skip

I was awoken, before the sun even started to rise, by Logan. Which is a first because he never wakes me up, he usually let's me wake up in my own.

"Morning Logan." I said awkwardly.

"Greetings to you Patton..."

"Shouldn't we.... um.... be getting ready to meet up with Asher and Aaron?"

"Indeed we must...."

That's all he said, before he walked out of my room.

I got out of bed, got dressed and left the room then going downstairs to meet up with Logan. He was waiting by the door ready to leave.

"Ready?" I asked.

He nodded, opened the door and walked out. I felt a sharp pain in my chest.

Does Logan hate me?

I thought about that as I walked out the door as well.

I met up with Logan and we silently walked towards the place where we were suppose to met Asher and Aaron.

We got to Virgil's and Roman's house and saw Asher and Aaron waiting there.

"Hey guys."

"Logan, Patton. Glad you came. Now I have a plan. I'm not saying it's full proof, but it should at least get us into the castle where Virgil and Roman are being held."

"Ok. So tell us!"

"So I'm pretty sure that Roman is being held in the dungeon where I was once. And I know a secret way in and out of the dungeon that I use to escape with Virgil the last time. Me and Patton will use the secret entrance to the dungeon and get Roman out as fast as we can. While were doing that, Aaron and Logan will use the back entrance if the castle to get to where Virgil is."

"And where exactly would that be?" Logan asked.

"My guess would be in one of the master bedrooms. There's about 5 within the whole castle. I'm not sure which on though. So I'm gonna ask you to look in each and every single one. But be very careful. Virgil's mother and father are in one and Alice is in another. Luckily it'll be at night when they're sleeping. So it shouldn't be as bad."

"If it's at night then how are we gonna be able to see clearly?" I asked.

"I have these light crystals that one of my old friends found and gave to me awhile ago. Everyone things these kind of things don't exist but they do. So I'll give you each other, but be carefully! There are delicate. I crafted them into a holder so they won't break as easily."

"That's really cool!" I said in excitement.

"Then it settled. Everyone clear on the plan?"

"Actually, why can't I be with Patton during this whole thing?"

"Cause we are each partnered up with someone that's stronger than the other. So I'll help Patton during our mission. And Aaron will help you during you guy's mission."

"Oh.... ok then." Logan said with a hint of disappointment in his voice. I felt bad for him, but Asher did have a point. I'll admit, me and Logan are both pretty weak when it comes to stuff like this. So I appreciate having to work with Asher in this. And I know I'll be with Logan once we saved Roman and help them save Virgil. I know so.

We gathered as much supplies as we could for each of us, grabbed a wagon so make our trip not take as long and to hold all of our stuff, and we were then ready for our journey.

We left town all together. I'm hoping we will be able to saved them before it's too late.

And I know we will.
