Imagine; Chris and you are dating, but haven't made it public yet. While him and his band are doing an interview on tour, they gets asked about if there is anyone special in their lives, Chris then notices that you're walking toward them but keeping yourself distant and he couldn't help but look over and smile at you.
"So is there anyone special at the moment Chris ?" Asked the interviewer. Chris still focused on you, answered absentmindedly "y/n, I love y/n" only after he said that and looked back to the interviewer, did he realise what he'd said and wasn't embarrassed at all upon saying that he loved you in an interview.
