13- Special Tomorrow

I woke up feeling relaxed and warm inside my bedsheets.

I yawned and stood up slowly. I walked sleepily towards the window and pulled it up as the morning sun went through my room.

I looked down at my stomach as it made a weird sound telling me to eat something.

I walked downstairs and went into the kitchen.

I opened the fridge and found some fruits. I grabbed the big box filled with already chopped fruits and placed them in a large boul. I grabbed a fork and started eating my fruits.

Soon after my sister came downstairs and made her cornflakes.

She placed her boul on the counter infront of me. "So are you excited for school tomorrow?" she asked and i smiled while placing a fruit into my mouth.

"Well, of course i am i've been waiting for this moment for years now." i said excitedly. My sister looked a bit worried at first.

"Nova don't get too excited schools aren't like the ones in the movies, they are worse and maybe too many troubled kids run around in our school." she said and what she said made me worry a little but i shrugged it off. I have to be happy about going to a public school for the first time.

"Tati, i think it will be fine." i said and smiled at her while she just let out a sigh and continued eating.

After the morning breakfast i decided to go on a morning run. I wore my gym clothes and a jacket on top since it was freezing outside, i grabbed the keys and hanged them on my phone and walked outside, i started running when my feet touched the street.

Suddenly i felt a cold presence beside me. I looked beside me only to see Lucifer running too.

"Hey." i waved at him and he waved back, i hate his cold stare he always seem to have on.

"What are you doing outside at such an hour?" he asked as he ran beside me. I stopped running and wiped the sweat off my forehead, he stopped soon enough and turned towards me. I was breathing heavily, i placed both of my hands on my knees and lowered my back.

"I decided to start exercising." i said between heavy breaths. He came towards me and lifted my back up.

"You humans can't take a little of tiredness." he said and i sighed.

"Well i haven't done this in years." i said and stared into his blue shining eyes.

"Why aren't you in your room reading a bible or something." he sarcastically said.

"Because i already read the whole thing, actually i read all the bibles." i said as i continued walking.

"Anyway, what are you doing tonight?" he asked and i looked at him, and that's when i remembered that tonight is the double date. "Going out." was my short response, i feel so bad for not answering the whole quetion but if i tell him that i will be out with Angelo then he will turn back to what ever he is turning into. And i totally do not want that.

"Where?" he asked curiosity crossing his eyes but then it was gone. "I still don't know." i said as i walked without staring at him. "Tell me where you are going and with whom." he said now rage was evident in his voice.

"I told you i don't know where, and i will be with my sister and her boyfriend." i said quickly without showing any sigh of lies but since i was very quick guess i haven't hid it very well.

"Nova! Tell me with who you'll be with. Actually wait i know. Before you say anything i read your mind. Your going with that stupid angel, Michelangelo aren't you?" he said his voice getting more furious as he mentions his name, i flinched and took a step back.

"H-hey, am sorry i--" he started but i stopped him. "It's f-fine." i said raising my brows in a sad position. "Just let me go tonight and don't try to kill anyone." i chuckled out the words. He smiled and nodded.

We continued walking down the streets until it started to get dark.

"Its getting dark i think i have to go back home." i said and he nodded still i couldn't read his expression at all.

He walked me back home and i waved him good bye.

I went inside the house and i saw all of my family sitting on the tv watching a movie. I decided to join them and i jumped between Tatiana and mom. Dad was sitting on the floor infront of mom while mom hugged him from behind. My sister was too busy watching the movie so i had to move her a little so i could fit in the couch.

Mom turned and looked at me with a smile. "Where were you honey?" she asked as she turned back to the tv.

"For a morning jog but it came out as a walk with Lucifer when he appeared infront of me." i said and she nodded while putting her head in dad's head.

I turned my gaze to the tv and i noticed it was the movie 'FALLEN' the one with the angels, where a girl that was seeing shadows in her sleep and even in reality changed school and went to a new school where she met two angels. The dark one and the bright one. She liked trouble but trouble was gonna kill her but she got saved by the other angel. It is a pretty good movie.

After a couple of minutes of watching the movie i got bored since i watched it a thousand times. I stood up and left the others alone to watch it, i went upstairs and closed the door to my room. I fell on the bed and closed my eyes trying to sleep.

I did sleep but....
