When you look in the mirror
Do you see fat on your body?
Do you want to cut it off?
Do you want to hit your self
Because your angry on how you
Look do you want to just want
To shout as loud as you can
Because your just so angry
Do you wish to get out your body?
When you look in the mirror
What do you see?
Do you see a pretty girl Smiling with glee?
When you look In the mirror
Do you see a girl happy in her body?

When you look in the mirror
Do you feel you need to over
Exercise just to feel better
When you look in the mirror
Do you see a happy girl
When you look in the mirror
Are you happy with
What you see?
Or do you see tears
In your eyes
And pain
Do you see a girl
With a flat
Tummy no abs

Do you scream and cry
Do you want to smash
The mirror
So all the peaces
Crack and shatter
Do you want to strave
To have the perfect body
Are you happy with your self?

your be relaxed or will you want
To push your tummy in and hold it

Are you happy with your hight?
Or do you want heals to feel tall

Are you happy with who you are
Or are you trying to be someone

Are you happy about your lips?
Or do you want surgery
Are you happy with your legs?
Or do you want them thinner
When you look in the mirror
Can you see anything You like?
or do the imperfections
Stick out your beautiful

The way you are I tell the girl
Who's staring at the mirror
But do I believe it no
Are you happy with how
You look or do you want to

Has it made you
Strave and purge?
Just to lose the weight
Or has it made you worse

Have you lost a lot of weight?
Are you still seeing fat
So you look in the mirror
But are you happy?
Or are you sad
Because you can't accept
Your self is the mirror your friend
Or your enemy
Are you friends with

Self hate damages you
The mirror becomes pain
But you see its not the
Mirror that's the issue

It's how you see your self
The mirror is just glass
It's your eyes that
Cause you pain
Take the mirror away

Or have a bath and

Your get depressed and sad

Acting fine while breaking inside
Sometimes we can't deal with the pain
Self hate can get too much
But the mirror is your friend
