soulmates meant to be

I dated you at the wrong time
so I had to leave you behind continue on with my life and have space to get over the moments with you the ones that felt like a life time

If we are meant to be we will be and if you find someone new I'll always love you unconditionally people find who their soul mates are when the time is right I can wait

for mine I won't go rushing looking for love going on cute dates with someone new and kissing in the rain on a cold night I'll sit by the fire resting my feet near the burning flame living in the moment like I always do

I'll stroke my cats fur as it snuggles into my arms I'll look at the flowers on a sunny day and run through the meadow as flowers fall onto me I'll breathe in the fresh air of the windy breeze

I'll paint with passion and beauty turning the paper into art using the brush to add details with a little touch I'll add colours so the picture looks like something to admire

I will eat cookies and chocolate in the afternoon with sweaters and the fluffy socks I will dance in the kitchen when the music comes on enjoying the beat of the sound getting lost in the words of the song

I will live like im single make the best out of my life not a day shall pass that I will waste everyday is something worth living for if I start the day with smiles and cheers

My love will arrive someday I don't imagine how or when I'll let it happen no forcing the cemetery just letting love go where it wants to be soul mates or flames true love always finds a way
