Everyone met at the breakfast table the next morning and enjoyed yet another feast prepared by the catering staff. Henrik Finn and Hope had eaten before them and were now outside playing. Kol was the last to join them now looking more worried than he had the night before. He still had not heard from Davina. He told them that he was going to Boston as he had to be sure Davina was alright. Niklaus offered to go with him but Kol told him no, that he would go alone, he was probably overreacting and there could be a simple explanation. He would call them when he got to Boston. They said their goodbyes and Kol was gone.

As breakfast was finished, Alaric and Caroline spoke with Elijah and Angelica about Henrik Finn and their school. They suggested to them that Henrik Finn would do well as he would be around other children with supernatural gifts. Angelica asked a volume of questions about the curriculum, how they would challenge a student like their son who at the age of five had already mastered curriculum meant for high schoolers and was ready to move into college level courses. Angelica explained that she has been working with MIT to develop an advanced science program specifically for Henrik Finn and she had been working with both Harvard and Yale on early admissions in several years.

They discussed options, but it was Alaric who hit the nail on the head. "Does it worry you that Henrik Finn would live at the school?" he asked. Both Angelica and Elijah paused before answering and Alaric knew, "I understand, you're worried something will happen to him," he said. It was not the first time Caroline and Alaric had encountered parents who were reluctant to have their children live at the school. Separation is very hard on the parents, especially when they only have one child, and this was a miracle child. They talked about how Hope loves the school and they knew it was true because Niklaus had spoken to Angelica and Elijah about the school already, heaping praise on them for all they had done for Hope.

Alaric left the topic with a simple suggestion that if they were interested, they could always test it out and Henrik Finn could stay at the school on a trial basis knowing that his cousin Hope would be right there with him and Niklaus and Hayley would not be far away. Alaric winced as Caroline squeezed his leg to try to stop him from mentioning Hayley. "Right," he thought, "stupid me," and he shrugged his shoulders with a simple, "Sorry." Angelica waved off the apology and told him not to worry. They said they would think about it and they all joined the rest of the family on the patio.

Alaric and Caroline needed to return to Mystic Falls that afternoon, and Freya and Hope went with them. School would be back in session on Monday and Hope had homework to attend to before the weekend was through. Niklaus drove the four of them to the airport and returned a short time later. While Niklaus was gone, Angelica and Elijah discussed the Salvatore School further, but neither was certain whether boarding school was the right decision for Henrik Finn.

Charlie, Rafe and Albee assured them that if they did decide to enroll the boy in the Salvatore School, they would ensure there was proper security in place to keep him safe. Angelica and Elijah agreed to consider it but set the topic aside for now preferring to enjoy spending time with family.

By evening Kol called with desperation in his voice and a touch of panic. He was in Boston and he had been unable to locate Davina or her friend. He was on speakerphone and told his family, "I need your help, please, Davina is missing and I've no idea where to look for her."

Niklaus and Elijah told him they would be there before morning. They hung up the phone, packed and loaded up the SUV. "I will call you when we get there," he told Angelica. She kissed him goodbye and the two brothers drove off to join Kol in Boston to find the missing Davina Claire.
