You had tears pouring down your face as Kili stood there saddened by your expression.
"No! You can't go! I don't want you to go! You could die out there!"
"Y/n... it is for our people... think of it, returning back to erebor... our proper homeland." He spoke quietly.
"I wanna come with you!" You spoke
"Absolutely not!" Kili spoke "it is way too dangerous and reckless!"
"So are you half the time!"
"My alliance is to my King-"
"And what about me?" You spoke getting angry.
"IM REFUSING TO LET YOU GO BECAUSE YOU ARE MY ONE!"
Kili finally yelled with frustration.
Your face turns into shock as you stared at him "Kili-"
"And I would much rather be rejected than to have you killed." Kili whispered so close until he gently kissed you.
After a moment, you broke apart and you smiled tearfully at Kili.
"I'm sorry... I know it's selfish but I don't want you to get hurt....I guess that's what I get for falling in love with you." You ramble as a grin plastered its way on Kilis face.
"You love me?" He whispered "really?"
"Of course I do you silly dwarf! Why on earth do you think I was so against you going?"
Kili laughed as he hugged you tightly.
"I have to leave at dawn tomorrow...shall we go to
The treehouse and spend the rest of the evening there?"
"Let's.." you smiled
Both of you found yourself in the treehouse wrapped in blankets after being soaked in the rain. Kili lit some candles and cuddled beside you.
"I shall miss you very much." Kili whispered with a hint of sadness. "Will you sing for me?"
You nodded.
"Think of me,

Remember me once and awhile

Kili was mesmerized by your beauty and song once again as you continued.
"Flowers fade the fruits of summer fade, they have their seasons so do we, but please promise me that sometimes you will think of me."
You finished and found a light blush coating your cheeks.
"I shall think of you often." Kili spoke. "And when I reclaim erebor I shan't leave your side again."
