Jealousy

Imagine Elrond has a crush on you but another elf is flirting with you which makes him jealous

Elrond watched from his balcony as he notices Legolas flirt with you. Unknowingly, he started to clench his fists until Lindir came with a box of chocolates.

"My lord what is the matter?" He asked. However, it took him no time at all to see that his master was focused on the girl down there.

"It's y/n isn't it?" Lindir asked. Elrond responded with a sigh.

"Yes it is. I can't help it! I've fallen in love with her!"

"Does she even know you exist? "Lindir spoke as he popped in a chocolate. Elrond flares at him "I'm serious Elrond! If she doesn't know you exist, how is she supposed to know how you feel?"

Elrond sighed knowingly. He glanced at you and noticed that Legolas was positioning you to shoot a bow (think like princess diaries 😂😂) Elrond huffed again which caused Lindir to laugh for a brief moment before being met with a glare.

"I'm going to talk to her." Elrond decided as he moved away from the balcony.

"Wait you can't go yet!" Lindir called as he brought his box of chocolates. "You need a piece of chocolate. You aren't yourself when your hungry."

Elromd took a piece and rushed down the stairs while grabbing a bouquet of flowers.  He saw you at a distance and walked briskly towards you.

"Y/N!" He called as you towards your head to him. You had just shot your first bulls eye and found yourself feeling quite awkward considering Legolas has his arms around you and you weren't courting.

"Hi!" You smiled Awkwardly as you moved forward to greet him. "What can I do for you Lord Elrond?"

He grinned "may I have a word?" He held out his hand for you to take it, just hoping you would. Legolas scowled realizing that Elrond was trying to take Y/N away.

"We we're doing some archery and our lesson isn't quite finished." Legolas spoke. "I'm sure she would be free after."

"I'm afraid it's quite urgent. It's business for Rivendell." Elrond lied smoothly. "It will just be a moment. "

You nodded taking his hand talking to Legolas. "We can finish it soon. It will only be a moment."

That's what you thought. (Hehe)

Elrond escorted you to the gardens and talking with you in easy conversation. He had never connected to anyone as much as he had with you. The more he spent time with you, the more he fell in love with you:

Finally, you came to a stop in front of a tree as Elrond was standing for a quiet moment.

"Is there something you wanted to ask me?" You asked as he turned toward you.

"Yes..." he spoke taking your hands. "Over the months I have known you, I don't think I've Ever met anyone like you...." he began to run circles with his hand on yours as you gazed into his eyes. You saw fear, nervousness and something else you couldn't quite put your finger on.

"Your kind, caring, compassionate,and you always put yourself in front of others. And there are so many things I love about you- I could go on and on." He chuckled

"You love me?" You gasped with delight "Truly?"

His eyes widened in surprise that you weren't rejecting him. "Y-yes I believe I do. "
He proceeded to go down on one knee.

"Are you proposing?" You gasped.

"PrOpoSinG you court him!" Lindir coughed in the tree above you. "Carry on!" He grinned.

Elrond turned to you. "It would be an honor if I could court you, and hopefully down the road marry you."

You had tears brim in your eyes but you finally shouted "YES!"

and from that moment, you lived your days in utter peace and happiness
