Note, this is a very serious deal with the coronavirus, but to bring some positivity I thought it would be fun to imagine your characters for this scenario.
Bilbo/Frodo: You and Frodo would take this time to just enjoy each other's company by sitting by the fire, and reading (or writing ya never know) books all day, tending to the garden, and cooking.
Sam: you and Sam would spend your days working in the Garden, doing chores and DIY projects, and for relaxation, having a potato meal under the stars.
Pippin/Merry: it's a constant war of pranks in the house. Every day you never cease to amaze each other with the creative and innovative pranks.
Gandalf: he would be teaching and showing all of his special tricks with magic, as a plus, the eagles will often fly you around middle earth.
Aragorn: since no one is traveling in the woods, you two would take this time to go camping!
Legolas: You two would spend most of your time training, whether it's with a bow or a sword. For fun, you can often be playing hide and seek within the castle.
Thranduil: he is nothing short of fabulous, so a lot of the times when he is not busy, you are all playing dress up in the royal closet.
Fili/Kili: when they are not helping the kingdom, they are often seen goofing around and messing with the other dwarves.
Thorin: as king, he has many responsibilities, but when he is free. He's spending time with you watching the sunset.
