Imagine you are jealous of Kili because he's got a girlfriend but he ends up confessing his feelings requested by zobro123

If there was one girl that Kili was head over heels with, it was you. You were bright, talented, and of course drop dead gorgeous. He wanted to ask you out but you were shy and always hiding. You had never dated and you were in love with Kili as well. You just didn't show it very well.

"I've tried everything Fili! But she always runs away!"

"She's never dated anyone before! She's not an expert!" (Lol that makes me think of frozen when Anna says the love experts?)

"How hard could it be?" Kili rubbed his face "to say a couple words of undying affection?"

Kili decided he would take matters into his own hands. He decided to date a young rich dwarf.

And it made you jealous

You felt a pang of hurt, anger, jealousy.

Fine, you thought. If that's how you want it. You thought.

Weeks went by as you grew more depressed. So finally you paid a visit to the no other than the love expert. Fili.

"Well well what can I help you with?" He smirked "fed up with Kilis girlfriend yet?"

You nodded. You were putting yourself in a vulnerable place. "I'm in love with your brother. I should have told him ages ago but I'm not a people person. You and Kili and a few others are the closest friends I have."

He stood up and smiled "you came to the right person. " he took you to your room where you learned to be normal and to not run away from people and actually enjoy yourself with ease.

"I think your ready." Fili smiled

"So what's the plan?" You asked

"So I was thinking....."

Two days later, the night of a ball.

Thorin was holding a ball in a guests honor as Fili and you planned all day. He gave you the perfect dress and you were excited yet nervous. You got ready in a silver gown as Fili wolf whistled in approval.

"Alright so the plan is..."

"The plan is to act like we're dating." You finished as you linked arms as you walked in confidently giggling. You met eyes with Thorin as he raised an eyebrow in amusement.

"Hello Y/N hello Fili. I didn't know you two were courting." He smirked

You blushed as Fili wrapped an arm around your waist as Fili quietly explained to Thorin the plan as Thorin roared with laughter. Fili not only did the gesture to improve the act, but because Kili was watching, while he waited for his girlfriend.

And let's face it. He was jealous.

"Shall we dance love?" Fili asked you kissing your hand as you laughed

"I'd love to." You smiled. You began to walk to the floor where you bumped into Kili and his girlfriend.

"Hello brother. Y/N. " Kili spoke "this is my girlfriend Anastasia."

"Please to meet you!" You smiled tightly as you all introduced one another. Glasses of wine were passed around as you all sipped for a moment.

"So brother, how did you get the lovely lady to go to the ball with you?" Kili asked

"Oh don't you know ? We're dating!" Fili spoke as Kili choked on his drink.

"W-what?" He spoke in utter shock.

"Fili has been helping me become more social. He gave me quite a confident boost and so I decided to ask him out. He's a sweetheart isn't he?" You rambled.

Kilis face was flushed as Anastasia was clinging onto him. She was rich and spoiled and quite clingy.

"All right everyone switch dance partners! " Thorin called out as you looked around.

"Anastasia would you like to dance?" Fili asked quickly.

"Sure." She spoke as they left you and Kili.

"So you and Kili huh?" He asked as you swayed nervously in his arms. You begin to waltz as you hoped you didn't step on his toes.

"Yup."

"Why?" He asked quietly. "Are you in love with him?"

"Why are you asking this?" You whispered.

"Because I'm in love with you!" He whispered back as shock took over your features.

"What?" You spoke

"I'm in love with you."

"I didn't think you felt the same way-" you looked at him as he dipped you.

"Wait what?" He asked this time shocked.

And so you began to explain everything he laughed and nodded.

"I just have a question." He touched your cheek.

"Hm?"

"Will you go out with me?"
