This after BOTFA and Kili hasn't asked her out yet.
Kili fixed his collar on his shirt as he held up the nice bouquet of daisies in one hand a picnic basket in another. He was going to ask Tauriel for their first date.
Quickly, he knocked on the door and he was greeted with the sight of the lovely redhead.
"Kili!" She asked with a grin. "What are you doing here??"
"Do you remember when we first met?"
"Of course! you had asked me if I was going to search you and we met in the most romantic place of all." She grinned as Kilis cheeks became more tinted.
"After that. Do you remember talking about the stars?"
"Yessss... where is this going?" She asked with a giggle.
"Well I know that tonight is the feast of starlight and it's for elves and all but I was wondering if you wanted to go on a boat ride for a picnic, and ya know get a real starlight expierence."
"Of course! Let's go!" She grinned as she took the flowers and his hand and ran down with him to the boats.
They had spent their time during sunset laughing and talking about anything and everything when they finally stopped in comfortable silence, watching the stars.
"Tauriel?" He asked quietly.
"Hmnnn?"
"Will you sing our song with me?" He asked quietly.
"Of course!" She grinned.
(Tauriel will be normal writing and Kilis will be bold.)
All those days looking from the window,
All those years outside looking in.
All that time never really knowing just how blind I've been.
Now I'm here blinking in the starlight
Now I'm here suddenly I see.
Standing here it's all so clear I'm where I'm meant to be.
And at last i see the light. And it's like the fog has lifted. And at last i see the light and the sky is new and it's warm and real and bright. And the world has somehow shifted. All at once everything is different-
Now that I see youuu.
All those days chasing down a daydream All those years, living in a blur. All the time never really seeing things the way they were.
Now she's here shining in the starlight now she's here suddenly I know If she's here it's crystal clear. It's where I'm meant to gooooo. (BOTH SING CHORUS)
Both light floating candles and watch as they go out to the sky.
Let's just say , they both saw eachothers light that night, for the first time. And they lived happily ever after the end.
