The next morning everyone seemed to be not in the mood for anything except going out for breakfast. We all agreed it probably wasn't best to go to bills, even though we probably would get a free breakfast out of it. We decided to go to the little cafe near the sea front instead.
I put on some mascara and concealer, then put on Logan's Gucci tshirt I bought him with some shorts and tucked it in. To finish it off I tied my hair up and put my ray bans on.
It looked like mum and Kendall had done the same too. Mandy was up bright and early so she had time to actually get ready. Me and Logan has spare time so we took time to play with Harlow.
"I've had so many messages this morning from everyone." I thought aloud.
"Congratulating you?" Logan asked.
"Yeah, all the viewers were saying she's created a book now she can create a YouTube channel."
"You only create a YouTube channel if you want to." Logan picked up Harls and put her on the sofa.
I passed him her outfit for the day, "I know. I just want to enjoy being an author for the moment."
After a few moments quiet with the sound only consisting of Harley's giggles, I thought of how he's always asking about my jobs, and I rarely ask about his. "Logan did you ever get back to the modelling people?"
"I did it the other day. The day I created my YouTube actually and it was for the same reasons." He smilefZ
"Did they get back?"
"Straight away. I have like auditions in two weeks time."
"I have a Calvin Klein model boyfriend." I smiled at how happy he was with what he's doing. I'm so proud of him for realising life's too short to miss opportunities. I know that if there's one thing mum's taught me, it's to never miss an opportunity because you'll always regret it in the future. She's so scared of it and she very nearly said no to being in madam Tussaud's because she was scared of what people would say.
I remember watching the vlog of the day her and dad went to be measured. I remember sitting in my box room thinking how great it is for these people to be so successful in life. It was also the morning after I'd been to a party, so I was comparing my shitty life to theirs.
Who knew two and a half years later I'd be sat in their house and their daughter that is an author.
"They asked about you aswell but I know what you'd say so I told them that you'd love to, but just in the future when you're older."
"Thanks. They'll still probably email me about it."
"Yeah."
"Guys we've got so many cvs to go through for these new jobs." Mum came down to the conservatory where we were and sank into the sofa.
"What's happening with the meeting rooms and your office then when you and dad move offices?" I asked.
"I think because your room is the whole top of the house, that it's going to be Harley's nursery and the other could be a cinema or something."
"I think I've burnt off most calories by running up three flights of stairs at least twenty times a day." I laughed.
"It's better you being up there, you're out of the way." Mum joked.
"No, I think I'm better with my food."
"Come on then, let's get going." Mum chuckled.
Logan grabbed my hand as we were walking down the path and when I looked up at him, he had the cutest smile on his face.
"You're so Calvin Klein worthy." I told him.
"You're so book writing worthy." He said back.
"Logan! That's not a complement!" I hit his arm while he laughed.
Mum and dad were behind us doing the exact same thing, except Mum was pushing a pram. It wasn't fair that mum and dad were like that all the time so I was thinking about letting them be reckless teens again while me and Logan take Harley. Logan must've been thinking the same thing as me because he turned around to watch them.
"Should we take the baby?"
"We'll do our job on the way back. Just enjoy walking along the road holding hands with a model for now." Logan smirked, not taking his eyes off of the road in front of him.
"Did I mention your cockiness is something I love the most about you?"
Logan stifled a laugh.
"Your big headed-ness." I rolled my eyes.
"That's no better babe."
"Your arrogant-ness then!"
Logan laughed and kissed my head, "you tell me all the time."
"What's one thing you like about me?"
"I like everything about you."
