"Does anyone know where I've put my makeup bag?" Kendall shouted.
"It's in my room!" I answered her from my sofa.
She came dashing in, fully dressed and her hair done. To me, it looked like she was going somewhere.
"And what are you dressed up for? I thought we were all having a cool down day." I said, watching her struggle to open the bag in my en suit mirror.
"Tia, if I tell you don't tell anyone."
"I won't." I chuckled, feeling like this was a year sevens conversation.
Speaking of school, there's only two more weeks until I go back to hell for year eleven. From there, it's stress, exams, prom and more stress. It's a nice feeling knowing that I don't have to worry about my future, I have YouTube, my book and maybe modelling to fall back on. I still want to get my GCSE's, even if I haven't always worked hard and got the best of them.
"Not even Logan." She pointed her arm my way.
"No. Why would I tell Logan something you've told me?" I scowled even though I knew the answer deep down.
Kendall pulled a pointed look, "Tia you tell Logan everything."
"Go on anyway." I huffed, laughing inside.
"So there's this man. He's really my type and he's single-"
"I should hope bloody so!"
"Anyway, I'm meeting him." She finished.
"Why don't you want anyone to know?" I can't see why Kendall finding a man she actually likes after all this time is a bad thing. If anything, it's amazing.
"Because with Elsie being critical and the whole Tony situation, I feel bad that my minds on a man." Kendall put down the foundation brush and walked into my room.
"Yeah but Kendall, after everything you've been through, you deserve to be happy. You do you."
"Yeah, you're right. Everything will be fine soon." Kendall smiled.
"Anyway, what happened to Mr. Waiter boy?" I smirked.
Kendall exhaled deeply, "Too much of a man for me."
Courts in two weeks time, the day we return back to school actually. Two days after that, Mandy, Kendall, Logan and Elsie are moving houses. Luckily, it's closer to us, but it's still far away. It would take me about ten minutes to walk. Then two days after that, Mandy, mum and dad are taking Elsie to America for her treatment. Hopefully, it goes well.
Then it's my birthday.
Fetching me out of my thoughts, my phone began to ring. The caller ID read Logan so I answered it.
"Hello darling. I have a lot of news to tell you. Meet me at the diner in ten?" Logan rambled.
"Slow down."
"Meet me at the diner in ten?" He said slower.
"Okay. Bye dickhead."
"Bye bitch."
He ended the phone call so I grabbed my shoes, sunglasses and handbag. When I was ready, I told dad where I was going and set off to the diner.
When I arrived Logan was sat at a table smiling to himself.
"Why are you being weird?" Was the first thing I said when I sat down.
"I'm not. I just have a lot to tell you." He smiled brighter.
"Okay, go on."
"First though, where's Ken?" He smirked at me because he knew I knew.
"It's not my place to tell but I will anyway. She's gone out with a man she's been talking to." I shrugged.
"Thanks babe." He nodded.
It went silent for a couple of seconds but Logan soon filled it again, "when everyone's in Florida getting Elsie's surgery done, me and you are going to New York for a couple of days."
"You what?" I spat out the drink I had took from Logan.
"Me, you, New York, three weeks time."
"What for?"
"Calvin Klein want me to model for them there. I thought I'd bring you along for the experience." He winked, obviously referring to me seeing the shoot.
"Logan I can see you in your boxers anytime I want." I rolled my eyes.
"I also thought it would be cute for us both to get away for a bit after everything's thats happened."
"Yeah. How long for?" I agreed.
Logan grinned, "We go on the Friday Elsie goes. Come back on the Monday."
"That's missing school but okay! I need to tell you about my book tour."
"Go on." He smiled.
"It's before Christmas. It's a long time to wait but it's the best they could do." I shrugged, happy with the arrangements anyway.
"That's great! What dates?"
"You're coming here with me. But I think it's something like Brighton on the eighteenth, London on the nineteenth, Birmingham on the twentieth and Exeter on the twenty first."
"Wow. That's a lot of travelling to do. It's a good job I've just passed my test."
"There's one more thing," I squinted, "on the twenty second, it's Bristol."
