Elsie was everyone's main priority those next few days. We'd been told she was fine by Mandy over the phone, but we still wanted to see her just so we could be totally sure she's okay.

Of course there were still other things going off in our lives, like the whole drama in our friendship group. Mandy, Zoe and Alfie all advised us to get back to normal, and sort things out, as they'd be back soon with a healed Elsie.

Logan's mindset was all life's too short, so we had another couple of days with Liam and Kenny, and we arranged for all of our friends to meet at my house.

Today was that day.

"I don't think it will be awkward." Logan said, scrolling through his Instagram while I did my makeup in the main bathroom.

I applied concealer in upside down triangle shapes underneath my eyes, "Paige and Josh are back together, and Paige has also fell out with Lexie over nothing but for some reason they won't make up."

"It will be awkward at first, but if anything they'll end up arguing."

"True." I agreed, "If that does happen we're leaving and going to McDonald's."

He laughed and looked up from his phone, "I'm up that."

The door bell began ringing so Logan went down to open the door while I finished my simple makeup.

After around ten minutes, I went downstairs to the living room to see Logan sat with Jack.

"Hi Tia." Jack greeted.

"Hi." I smiled, cuddling up to Lo on the sofa.

"We were just talking about fifa." Logan informed me.

I rolled my eyes. "As always."

The doorbell rang again and this time I answered the door. I was surprised when I saw Lexie, with a black eye.

"What happ-" I began to ask, but she cut me off.

"I fell down the stairs."

"Oh right, come in." I said kind of confused but going with it anyway.

As we entered the living room, Jack whistled as in it caused him pain. "Wow."

"I know." Lex rolled her eyes with a laugh. "You don't have to tell me for the thousandth time how bad I look."

"You still look kind of pretty." Jack shrugged, making us all laugh.

Another few hours passed, and Paige only showed up after two. It wasn't as awkward as I thought it was going to be. Paige did just stare at Lexie's eye for a while though. It was kind of weird I thought.

"Cut the bullshit, Lexie say whatever you want to Paige and Paige say whatever you want to Lexie." Josh clapped his hands together.

It went silent for a few moments and Paige spoke up first. "Lexie I'm sorry. I shouldn't have gotten mad at you, you did nothing wrong-"

"Yes she did." Josh interrupted.

Paige sighed, "Well you did, but let's not start again. Lexie understands she did something wrong. And I'm sorry for... well you know... that."

Lexie grinned, "It's fine, I kind of like it anyway. Fashion statement. And I know what I did wrong, I'm sorry. You're my best friend. I can't imagine losing you."

"I love you way more than we make out." Paige smiles.

"Erm, okay then." Jack's eyes widened, joking about the double meaning.
