"Tia?" I called out, marching over to her.

She jumped and looked up to me, startled. I sighed and walked over to her, studying her. Even though she looked an absolute state, she still somehow managed to look beautiful.

I'll not lie, what she was wearing wasn't to my taste, probably hardly anyone's. It was the type of thing a desperate girl would wear, not Tia. I could tell her heels were hurting her, from the way she had red marks around her feet. Don't even get me started on her hair and makeup; she just looked like she'd been dragged through a bush backwards.

But somehow, through my eyes and love struck brain, she was stunning. Tia was the most beautiful girl I'd ever laid eyes on.

I took a seat across, leaning on another garage.

"W-Wow! My knight in shining armour, here to save me!" She said sarcastically, lighting up a cigarette and placing it to her lips. Tia slumped back and rested her head on the garage behind.

I've never seen her like this. She's clearly drunk out of her mind, and I've never seen her even take a sip of alcohol. And the smoking, Tia's way too innocent to each touch a fag.

I know she did before she was adopted, but I'm talking about the new Tia. Way too innocent.

"Pass me one." I gestured to the packet, and lighter. Tia tossed me what I wanted and I lit up the cig, and placed it to my lips just like her.

If she's going to go back, for just one night, I might as well join her. I might as well show her the Logan before I met her.

"Who would've thought, Logan Whilston, smoking?!" She teased.

I rolled my eyes, "you obviously don't know me."

Tia scoffed, "I thought I did. Turns out I don't."

It fell silent for a few seconds. Tia banged her head on the door behind a couple of times, and ran a hand though her hair in frustration.

"I don't know you either, look at you. What're you doing here, like this?"

Tia smirked and exhaled all of the smoke. "I wanted some fun for once, so I'm having it."

"But why? What do you mean for once?" I questioned.

She looked over to me with a raised eyebrow. "You know why."

I didn't. Did she mean I never let her have fun? Did she mean all of this was her idea of fun and she's just not had it in a while?

Because if it is, I kind of agree. It was my go to Friday activity at one point. There was something about not seeing straight that was amazing to me.

"Expand."

Tia picked up a can of beer and threw it to me, I caught it just in time and waited a few seconds before cracking it open.

"I mean, these past few months have been really hard for me, all the lies and secrets. There's nothing better than forgetting all of your misery's like this."

"Fair play." I nodded. "You're not wrong."

"How's life been for you then? Have you been living your best life?"

"Have I fuck." I snorted. "Far from it."

"How come? I'm sure you've had fun at Josh's party." She raised an eyebrow, taking a sip of beer.

"I didn't actually. I kissed another girl and ran off. I came here to sort my head out but look where god's brought us." I shrugged.

I came here for some alone time, but what were the chances of Tia being here too?
