I didn't wake up until an hour after everyone else, I must've been really tired. Of course I could hear Daniels loud mouth coming from my kitchen, so I went down to see what was going on after getting half ready for the day.

"What's all the shouting for?" I asked, sitting myself down on a bar stool next to Taylyn.

"Oh Tia, nice of you to join us!" Daniel smiled over enthusiastically from over in the conservatory.

"Dan, man, shut up." Aiden shook his head.

"That rhymed." Paige pointed out, matching Daniels tone.

I looked between all of these idiots sat in my kitchen and conservatory wondering what to say.

"T, so you want me to make you some breakfast or anything?" Logan asked, jumping up and walking towards me.

"If you don't mind." I sighed.

"I don't need to ask what you want do i?" Logan smiled, because he already knew what I'd want. He makes it me every time he stays here.

"Thank you." I smiled back.

Logan walked off into the pantry, and then took some things out of the fridge.

"Tia what's the matter with you this morning? You look like you've been fighting yourself in your sleep." Daniel smirked.

"Oi." Logan warned.

Dan held his hands up in defence. "Speaking of fights though." He smirked wider, looking around to them all.

"Shut up." Aiden said flatly.

"What's going off?" I was confused. Once again.

No one answered, they just all watched Logan cook me food with small talk about other things.

I love getting no answer.

"I love that you know your way around Tia's kitchen as if it's your own." Josh laughed.

"Well I have on and off lived here for the past couple of years." Logan rolled his eyes.

"I know my way around." Tay held up her hand, "and I've only lived here for the past couple of days."

"You got me." Logan huffed.

"Where's Jack?" I realised that he wasn't there. Or Lexie.

"They went out-" Taylyn started to tell me.

"Well." Daniel interrupted as if he was about to start telling me a story.

Why could I feel a long drama coming on?

"You see, Jack nearly hit me this morning. He had to go out for a walk to cool himself down." Daniel admitted cheerily.

Hold up.

"What?!"

"Daniel you mong." Aiden slapped his arm.

"I'm only telling her the truth. What she deserves to know." He said defensively. Daniel seemed to burn holes into the back on Logan's head when he said the last part.

Logan carried cooking, ignoring everything else.

"Why?"

No one said anything.

"Come on." I begged.

I looked at Taylyn to see if she'd tell me but she looked just as confused and innocent as me. "I don't know either. All I know is that this morning when I went downstairs Jack nearly knocked that prick out and Logan went mad because they could've broke something."

"Thank you Tay. At least you'll inform me." I smiled.

Logan put down the pan, and turned towards me. "Daniel said something about Paige and Lexie's argument so Jack went to hit him."

"All I said was that Paige should've hit Lexie harder."

"What the fuck? Hit Lexie harder? Wh- Oh."

I'd never thought about Paige being the one that gave Lexie the black eye. I'd always thought it was just that she'd hurt herself being the clumsy person that she is.

Plus, what would infuriate Paige so much that she'd hit her best friend since basically birth?

"Yeahhh." Logan said quietly.

"Why would you hit Lexie?" I questioned Paige.

Paige stayed quiet, not daring to look me in the eyes. She looked ashamed of it.

Aiden coughed, "It was because they had fallen out, but all that matters now is that they're friends again."

"Positive Paul over here bringing the rainbows to a dark situation." Dan rolled his eyes.

Taylyn looked at Daniel and frowned. Then over to Aiden and her eyes softened a little.

So that's the route she wants to take.

"He's right. Me and Lexie are better than ever now. I don't understand why we can't just forget it." Paige said.

I huffed. What a hard bunch of people. Why can't they all just get along?

"That questions for you Dan mate." Tay raised her eyebrows at him.

He ignored Taylyn's look. "Whatever. Lexie shouldn't have made that comment this morning and then I wouldn't have said that to Jack about hitting her harder."

"What did she say? Thank you gorgeous." I asked as Logan handed me a plate with my favourite breakfast on; egg on toast.

"She said that Daniel would never have a chance with Taylyn because he's from too much of a wealthy background." Logan told me.

"I didn't understand that." Tay interjected.

"It's a long story Taylyn but all you need to know is that I don't get along with my family at all because of wealth and it's all complicated." Daniel said with a hint of pain in his voice.

I've always known that Dan didn't get along with his family for many reasons. A lot of them were to do with wealth, opinions and abuse. Lexie saying something like that would've shook him, so I don't really blame him for retaliating.

"That's low." I mumbled.

"Why don't you and Lexie apologise to each other when they come back in, and we can all forget about it and enjoy the first of November with each other!" Aiden clapped his hands trying to lighten the mood.

"Great idea!" Paige matched his tone.

"It's my birthday in twenty eight days!" I remembered.

"Logan's getting you an engagement ring." Josh teased.

"I wouldn't be complaining, it's another ring on my finger." I joked.

Logan gave me a funny look. "I'm pretty sure you'd rather marry Taylyn."

"I'm not complaining she's fit as fuck." She gave me a wink.

"It's a surprise what I've got you." Logan smiled to himself.

"I'm excited."
