Claudette clutched into her flashlight and wiped the blood off her forehead, which only smudged. She cringed slightly as she spotted Jake Park taunting the Hillbilly, which Claudette found out his name was Max.

She didn't like it when they messed with him but she didn't know why she felt like that. She noticed that he had a mask, it intrigued her more. He wasn't like the Huntress, Myers, or even the Trapper. He wasn't stalky or child-like, which wasn't a bad thing.

Claudette let her heart beat when she watched him silently. She was sneaky but not like Nea who was known not to be seen unless she let you. She would lose him quickly why ducking into the seemingly endless patches of corn when she heard a gravely growl followed shortly by a gruff voice. "Looking for someone?"

Claudette snapped her head towards the noise and barely escaped his mallet. "O-Oh hey Billy." Claudette couldn't help but stutter. His head tilted but his expression completely changed when he pulled out his chainsaw. "Shit." Claudette cursed as she scrambled away ducking behind a tree as he crashed into a hay bale.

She crouched low and hoped it would camouflage her as the area was darker as the fog worked in her favor. She held her breath as he limped past her, looking confused. Though, just before he turned to check again the power gates suddenly powered. Letting out an angry snarl he pulled out his chainsaw and sprinted towards one of the gates.

Claudette followed the best she could as she saw him downing Ace. She rolled her eyes, she saved this 'lucky' bastard so much. She ran out in front of Max and shined her light on his face. An angry and frustrated growl came from him as he tried shielding his eyes the best he could. Claudette hid behind a tree while the three others left, most likely taunting him or flashing a light they had brought. Max walked out, his eyes, even if they were mostly hidden in the mask, were dark. His head hung low as if he failed to impress or let anyone be proud of him.

Claudette's heartbroken as she realized her eyes were burning from the tears welling up. She slowly made her way to him and gently reached for his hand. He jolted causing Claudette's breath to catch but she stood her ground, holding his hand firmly. "Hey, Billy." She smiled a little, looking at him.

He looked at her as he raised his mallet, causing Claudette to curse under her breath. Though, she refused to leave and let him at least make the Entity happy. Thunk. Claudette stared at the mallet and the chainsaw he dropped. He sat down on the grass when Claudette noticed he'd been crying, the low deep sobs made her heart crack more and more.

She put her arms around him, her head on his neck as he held her small form. "I like you, Billy," Claudette told him causing him to stop sobbing and look at her. "You do?" He asked, his voice a bit hard to hear but she understood him. "Yes! I love you and I don't want you to feel alone anymore. Let me stay, please!" Claudette pleaded.

He sighed, shaking his head. "No, I simply can't." He put it simply. "Why not??" Her voice squeaked, her eyes burning as her eyes welled up with tears. He put his hand gently on her shoulder. "It's not fair to you. If you stay, you leave your friends and you leave yourself. The Entity will feast off of you until you're too weak or it'll turn you into a monster." He told her gently. "I don't care." She whimpered. "I do and I know you'll regret it." He muttered.

Claudette hung her head as she sat on his lap when she looked up. She reached for his cheek and sat herself up, he looked confused until she kissed him. She tugged at his lip gently, sucking on it. It shocked him but kissed back.

They melted into it and broke away from it when they needed air. A blush formed on her face, burning like the hottest of lava. "I-I'm sorry I should-" She was cut off when his hand gently held her cheek and kissed her again.

Tears welled up in her eyes again as they broke away. "When can I see you again?" She whispered. Max hugged her and she began to sob in his chest. "Thanks, Max," Claudette muttered. "I like Billy more." He smirked.

***Claudette opened her eyes as she felt the warm fire crackle next to her. She shot up and looked around with wide eyes. "No! No! Where?! Where is he?!" She yelled, jumping to her feet. "Woah, calm down there Claudette. You're not dead or being chased. Chill." Nea told her. Claudette opened her mouth but sighed, knowing there wasn't any way to explain.

She said as she began to fade away from the campsite to any other map. She crouched just thinking about him when she felt a kiss on her neck. "Miss me?" A familiar voice grumbled, a smirk spreading across his face as she turned and hugged him. "Of course I did, Billy."----Thank you for this request!!
