"Now, considering the positions for the practice match, I think this is how we'll do it." Daichi said, holding up a board with the positions.

I was in the match, but I was a libero. "Me? Libero?" I asked him, pointing at myself. "Considering how you received one ball of the Hinata- Kageyama team spikes and managed to at least touch the rest, I see how you will be a libero. You will be temporary libero, though."

I bit my lip. "But what if I accidently spike the ball?" (Liberos can't spike, or pass the attack line)

"Trust me, you won't." Daichi said with a trusting smile. I nodded slowly. Daichi then turned to us as a team.

"I want to use Kageyama and Hinata as a set, and Tsukishima is one of our tallest players. I want to see how you'll fight against Seijo."

"Hai." Tsukishima said with a monotone bored voice.

I looked to my right to see Yamaguchi. A shadow crept over his face as he looked down. Oh. He's the only first year that didn't make it into the match.

I scooted closer to him and wrapped my arms around him in a quick side hug.

"You're using Hinata in a position that height matters?" Tanaka asked Daichi.

"Huh?" Hinata actually paid attention to Daichi and the board he held. "Middle Blocker? I'm in the same position as that lanky jerk Tsukishima?"

Takeda sensei, who was sitting next to Daichi with a manual in his hand, said, "Oh, j-just a second."

"Can I read up on the positions?"

"Setter, the control tower that tosses for spikes, and organizes the offense. Wing Spiker, an all-around, well-balanced player who attacks the core of the opponents. Middle Blocker, they defend against the opponents offense, and score points, mainly using "Quick". Furthermore, they play the decoy to draw the opponents blockers away. Libero, a player that specializes in defense. In turn, they may not spike. They pass the ball to the other players and are in the back rows."

"Would you say these are right?" He asked Daichi. Daichi nodded.

Daichi nodded to us, signaling the end of the meeting and we were now free to practice.

I turned to Yamaguchi as others started to stand up. "Don't worry about being the only First Year outside of the match. At least you won't get tired all the time." I kissed his cheek and stood up.

I walked over to lean on the wall, since I didn't really need to practice. Uninterested in other things, I looked at Yamaguchi again.

I saw him still sitting on the floor with Tsukishima snapping his fingers in front of his face. He was wearing immensely red blush on his face. I grinned at this and turned to Kageyama and Hinata as things started to get interesting there.
