BLINDING WHITE LIGHTS SHINE UPON THE CHILDREN, or at least that's what they are if you've never been here before. Queji Elementary School's gym is open as early as it could be, and even if they are just 9-12 year old in this gym, they certainly are competetive.

Today, in Queji's co-ed volleyball team, it's team A against team B. Team A being newcomers and Team B being recurring team members.

Team B was in the lead, but not by many points. Team A had an amazing Libero which saved his team from, what kids exaggerated as, death. Slowly, the Libero encouraged his team with each damn near close to death receive he did.

And then, Team A won. The coaches were shocked, and so was Team B.

Someone in Team B, however, felt different.

She felt sad.

Sadder than she's ever been before.

Was this how Team B felt back when I was a newcomer?

But that was just the beginning. When matches between Elementary School happened, that Libero replaced her.

So she quit, she wasn't needed. That Libero hardly ever showed up sick, and well, he never skipped any volleyball practice. Not one.

And then the bullying started.

But hey, here we are now. We're better now, I'm sure.

You're needed on that team, you're needed in need of success. But... you don't feel it do you? Akiko, you are a valuable asset to that team.

What? You feel like you're being that Libero, stealing that spot away from that winged spiker, Tanaka, was it?

You think that Libero seems familiar?

You can talk to him during that training camp with those 3 schools from Tokyo. For now, we must focus.

My conscience is taking over.
