55. Theme Park Fun!

"COME ON! COME ON!" I skipped excitedly ahead of Joe, Oli, Caspar, Tyler and Josh.

"Girl, the park isn't going anywhere" Tyler called to me from our group.

"I know but I'm so excited, I've never been to universal studios before" I grin back. I don't think I've smiled this much in my entire life.
I turned back around and started to scan over the place for an entrance when I felt a pair of arms lift me up and starts running towards the gate.
In a fit of laughter, I held tightly to the person I knew as Joe, in fear of falling out of his grasp.

"Now that's what I'm talking about!" I giggled as he put me down at the entrance. We waited for the rest to catch up, got through security and finally we were in the park. Wide eyed I look around the entrance and I was truly astonished, my parents always refused to take me to theme parks so I couldn't wait to rub this in there faces. What? I'm mature.

"You look like a child at a candy store" Joe commented, watching me as we walk further into the park. 
"I am a child, your the grandpa of the group" I laugh ,
"Hey! Your only 4 years younger than me" Joe replied, chuckling as he tickled my sides.

"Ooo someone's being flirty today" I smirk back, squirming out of his grasp and joining Oli at the front of the group.
"Whats the plan man" I ask Oli in my best stereotypical 'dude' voice.
Oli laughs, " the Jurassic park ride first"
"Can we go to despicable me pleaseee" Tyler cuts in between us.
"Yeah we will be walking around that way" Oli replies,
"Good".

We have fast passes so we got to jump the que at the jurassic water ride.
"Oli, you didn't say it was a water ride" I say as we get into the boat,
"Oops?" he said buckling his belt on the ride.
"Don't worry Y/N, you'll be fine" Joe said buckling himself in,
"Joe? I didn't thing you were the biggest rollercoaster fan?" I ask him.

"Yes, well i'm gonna try and go on everything today" he smiled back,
"also please hold me" his smile dropped as he clutched to me dramatically. I laughed at his childish nature, the boat pushed off which made Joe genuinely jump. I couldn't help it, both me and Oli were in hysterics.

"See Joe, its a peaceful boat ride looking at dinosaurs" I gestured in front of us to Joe who was still clutching tightly to my arm.

"Whoah, those actually look almost life like" Joe stared in amazement,

"welcome to the 21st century" I giggled to myself as the boat drifted gently along the path. As if on queue the rides alarms siren echoed around us as we saw the dinosaurs tearing the cars and parts of buildings apart. Joe grip on my arm tightened slightly but he still had a huge grin plastered on his face as he watch the scene unfold. The boat started to ascend upwards into the dark building that had been styled to look like the control room.

I could still feel Joe's arm clinging to mine and hear Oli's laughs but I was completely immersed in the experience. Little explosions of wires being broken, and little dinosaurs emerging from the ceiling and behind walls as alarms of evacuation sound around. It was actually like being in the movie.

"I bet we will drop in 10 seconds" Oli shouts to me and Joe over the alarm noises. And as if on queue the lady starts to count down and a fog of mist is sprayed in front of us. From complete darkness a giant T-Rex lunges towards the boat. We are dropped down the water slide, Screams and squeals were shared before we were completely soaked by water.

"OH MY GOD... THAT WAS AWSOME!" I laughed, wringing my top out onto my lap. I can still hear oli laughing and i look to Joe who is furiously trying to style his wet hair back to the way it was.

"Awh don't worry about it joe, your hair is still in the same mess as it was when we got here" I giggle, earning a laugh from Oil, Tyler, Caspar and Josh.
