Superman assured Dr. Woof that the TARDIS would be repaired soon. Meanwhile, Kara decided to take Robin and Barbara home. She took them upstairs because Barbara wanted to tuck Robin into bed. They were outside Robin's bedroom, and Kara said, "I'll leave you two alone." She then flew out of Robin's house. Barbara smiled and said, "Good old Kara." Robin then changed out of his clothes and into his pajamas. Barbara rolled her wheelchair into his bedroom as she lifted the blankets up.
"You didn't tell me you had TARDIS pajamas," said Barbara as Robin went on the bed. "Yeah it was a gift," said a sleepy Robin, "we did it."
"Yes we did," said Barbara as she tucked the blankets on Robin. He held her hand. "I love you," said Robin. "I love you too," said Barbara, "sleep as long as you want, you've earned it." Robin kissed her on the lips, they embraced for a minute. "See you on the other side," said Robin as he closed his eyes. The last thing he heard before he fell asleep was Barbara's voice softly saying, "Rest my love..."
