My heart beated rapidly as I gazed at his familiar blue eyes. All eyes were fixed at him as he slowly walked across the room closer to his uncle- my boss. He shook hands with him and gazed at all of us staring back at him. A faint smile appeared from his face as he examined each and every one of us. When it was my turn and both our eyes met, I felt my heart beating even faster and I felt goosebumps that ran down my back endlessly. My mouth went dry and I wasn't breathing properly. Those gorgeous eyes made me loose my breathing pattern. I avoided eye contact as he slowly walked closer and closer to me. I saw his face from the corner of my eye. His face coming closer and closer to mine. His lips were centimeters from touching my cheek. I tried to lean back as far as I could away from him, but he kept coming closer and closer. As he was literally about to kiss me on the cheek, I cringed and closed my eyes as tight as I could hoping that he wouldn't do anything. He grabbed the paper in front of me and quickly got up. He walked up to his uncle. As I opened my eyes I realised he was back to where he was before, 'So is this my time-table?' He smirked. I looked at him nervously then looked back down on the ground. I nodded my head. There was a moment of awkward silence as he flicked through the papers. I quickly got up from my chair, 'Excuse me.' I mumbled. My boss nodded. As I tucked the chair back under the table, I knocked my coffee over and spilt it everywhere. 'Alice!' Everyone moaned. 'Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry.' I frowned. There was no tissues anywhere so I tried to wipe it with my shirt but that didn't help. I looked over at him and saw a faint smile on his face. I frowned at him. 'It's Ok, Alice. We'll clean this up.' My boss smiled. 'Ok.' I quickly left the room but heard laughter behind me. I rolled my eyes and walked over to the bathroom. I stared at myself in the mirror. 'Urggghhhh!!' I grunted. I took a deep breath and closed my eyes. 'His so freaking annoying!' I sighed. 'Don't get affected by him Alice.' I opened my eyes and looked at my reflection. I noticed the ring that Luke got me around my neck. I took the necklace off and held the ring. 'Why are you back?' I frowned, 'Why Luke? After I've moved on, you suddenly appear again?'
