She slowly nodded her head and smiled. After a couple of minutes in the cafe, we quickly paid for the drinks and ran outside. Not literally, but you know what I mean. As we arrived in our cars, Hannah drove off first and I trailed behind her. We kept on stopping because of all the traffic lights and I was starting to get very fed up. I just want to see my daughter already. I don't know how to explain how I am feeling right now. Butterflies in my stomach keeps fluttering in all directions making me feel slightly sick. My hands were shaking as we drove past the park I usually talk about. I could tell we were going to the foster care I went to when I followed my parents. After around ten minutes we finally arrived at the foster home. I was right, it was the same foster home I went to when I followed my parents earlier. She quickly got out her car and walked over to me. I pressed the button and my car window slowly went down. 'Are you ready?' She smiled. 'Wha.. What if she hates me?!' I stuttered, 'What if she doesn't want me?' I was starting to feel very nervous about meeting my daughter for the very first time. What if she can't take the fact that I am her mother? I don't think I can take it knowing that my own daughter hates me. She placed her hand on my shoulder, 'You'll be fine. I'm here by your side and I will never leave you. You're my best friend.' She smiled. I know I haven't spoken to her in ages but what she said was fairly true. Eventhough we haven't seen each other in years, she is still here for me when I need the help the most. I closed my eyes for a few seconds and took a deep sigh. I unlocked my seatbelt and stepped out the car. I locked the door and we crossed across the road. As we walked to the building, I frowned and started walking back to my car, 'I can't do this.' I squeeled. But Hannah just grabbed my arm and lead me inside the house. Inside was a bunch of children all playing with toys. The house was decorated with drawings of children stuck on the walls. As Hannah walked over to the office, she spoke to one of the care workers. After a few minutes she came out. 'Where's my daughter?' I mumbled. She looked past me and pointed behind me. I slowly turned around, 'Katelynn.' I muttered...
