Shivaay truly is the Great Wall of Shivaay Singh Oberoi for his family, no male lead can be set equal to him. There's this certain level of trust that he has in his family, blind trust if I phrase it in a more precise way. But that blind trust doesn't cause him to voice his loyalty and their trustworthiness, it allows him to prove his point. This is a trait presented quite differently in Ishqbaaaz. Shivaay is a roaring lion, but rarely does he lose his cool enough to shout out statements denying any blames directed at his loved ones. He uses his power, strength and mind, all in the right ways to substantially prove his family/family members is/aren't guilty.
