Shivika have always showed they believe in equality. From Annika's confession to her surprises to celebrate their togetherness, she's already proved she's different from most leads but her ways in their actual lovemaking scene were no less. No matter how confident a girl is shown otherwise, in romance and especially lovemaking scenes, she's always seen to be dominated by her partner. She's always represented as shy, reluctant, clueless and what not. But Annika was no where near this. Annika was into all this just as much as Shivaay. She led the way. She stayed calm and composed. No where did it seem she didn't want this any less than Shivaay. No where did the shy element overshadow to depict she wasn't ready, which is the tradition. Annika beautifully broke this long standing tradition proving that this is how it should be.
