You've seen countless orphan leads on TV but Annika is a one of a kind one, she owns it with sheer pride & grace. Yes she truly adores the concept of a family, yes she has always admired the existence of that bond amongst the Oberois, even when she wasn't one herself. But Annika has only craved the love and not sulked at the reality of having no support system. She has never let her reality become her weakness, she's embraced it.
