Annika kal bhi khidkitodh thi, aaj bhi khidkitodh hai, aur hamesha rahay gi. Annika was always sensitive. The Annika we'd met just concealed it better because that's how she'd learnt to fight with the world, all alone.
This Annika has had a different journey, one that had a family. Her encounters have been different, her struggles have been different. She still fights alone but this Annika has more people to fight for.
Annika was always independent and yet accomodative. She's the same woman who protected Tia's unborn child last time and this time it was Payal's. She was always a fighter who stopped what is wrong and who is wrong, be it Tia or Daksh.
Annika always went an extra mile for people. Done that before, she's doing it again. But she hasn't let Shivaay alter her ways and principles in either universes. She has taught him the meaning of marriage and khidkitodh Annika in both.
Annika is a different person, but in both worlds, if she can put aside her differences to save someone, she knows how to step back and leave when the need is over. Annika isn't an abla but a sensitive naari, who knows her real worth.
