In a world where the herd preaches social status and family backgrounds are a big deal, existence of characters like Shivaay is not an unusual thing. Yet the war he wages with NKK (Naam Khoon Khaandaan) is. Shivaay slow and gradual realization of the reality of his false beliefs that still continues to date and beyond is not guided by unheard of catastrophic events that could shake him to the core, but simple developments in his life with the course of time. Unlike overdramtic occurings this is the very same way most people experience growth and development of their very own personalities too. Shivaay bith isn't and yet is one of us. His journey is relatable and the gradual changes have not only help him to adopt easily but add realism.
