It is true that a good actor can take on any role and do absolute justice to, enough to leave the audience wandering how authentic the cotent was that they just viewed. But a good actor adds his own touch to his character too, giving it a flavour of realism. Nakuul and Shivaay and Surbhi and Annika are apart in many ways but yet Narbhi's potrayal of Shivaay and Annika always has a hint of their personalities. Be it Surbhi's carefree and funloving nature that she adds to Annika's character or the forms of expression of love Nakuul adds to Shivaay's character, both seem to pick up and blend in the most relatable elements of their personal lives to Shivika's story, adding both realism and authencity.
