There's something cliché about misunderstandings onscreen, Shivika add a realistic touch there too. Misunderstandings can lead to hate/dislike, angst & pain, but for starters Shivika don't overrate everything. Yes they show these elements too when required but also that underlying emotion of I still love you, care for you. Usually that is either that is shown in an unrequired or irritating way, or not shown at all. But with Shivika it seems more realistic because it's their but sutble and expressed at the right time. During their separation track we saw Shivaay extremely hating her, but we saw him silently watching her too. A subtle expression of his never ending feelings for her. She does the same when he's angry. If she's not at fault, she wouldn't cry her eyes out but will still care enough to resolve the matter. There have been times when he was agitated by his plan not being successful, kind of blamed her for that but still subtly expressed he didn't want her to follow, no not because she'd screw up things again but because he didn't want her to be endangered.
