Narrator's POV
"Mon amour! I am thankful that I chose you!" He exclaimed with a bright smile as he hugged you from behind on the waist as smiled weakly, "You made me the happiest king & I made you my happiest queen!" He added you held his hand. This kind of love, made you, a bit sad for you. What the author meant that you wanted to cry of joy. You held it for a while but It was triggered when he remarked, "I love you so much, & I won't let anyone harm you." And that's when you started to whimper, "Doll face?" He asked you, and he saw your eyes tearing up. He embraced tightly as you continued to sob on his shoulder. Good thing he wasn't wearing his lavender tailcoat though.
"I-I'm just, happy that you accepted me as your queen." You tearfully replied as he comforted you by rubbing you back,"I never experienced this kind of love. Until now." You added as you made soft crying sounds, "Of course I accepted you as my queen! You're the righteous one, and you are the most alluring lady among those gals." Hearing his sweet words, you cried even more, and when he take a look on your face, it's still beautiful yet filled with tears of happiness.
More tear flowed from your (e/c) eyes as your face got redder. You can't stop smiling! He touched your right cheek & felt wetness on his seemingly undamaged hand. You touched on his hand & squeezed it gently. He then used his thumb to wipe off the remaining tears from the corners of one of your eyes. You then suddenly kissed him on the lips, not a rough one but a soft & affectionate kiss. The king melted as he held on your waist. After a few moments, you parted from his lips.
You might call this royal love, because it's definitely from KD himself, and he's a royalist. Everything went harmonic & hilarious(what the author meant you would put humor or King Dice would put humor. Mostly him).
The pain is gone...
You already avoided it, but it will still come back, but you'll have the handsome self of that monarch.
