The King's Magician

More like a fairytale, except with lemons lmao.
Synopsis: For an unknown reason, you decided to perform some unique and quite out-of-this-world magic tricks to impress this king of the kingdom you were currently living in. But, when you were chosen to be his 'personal' magician, things went too far, magically.

Also, it takes place like in the medieval or 17th or 18th century times, and KD is a human.(There's a lot of human versions of him, I decided to add the the (h/c), & (skin color or s/c) You have the freedom to imagine what does he look likes, in your perspective!

Narrator's POV

In a kingdom of Krotona(I took the name from our exam), There was a powerful & picturesque ruled named KD. He was so handsome that all ladies wanted to marry him immediately. Even single queens wanted to marry him as well. However, there is one lady who doesn't like the king, but not to the point that you will create chaos & lead roots against the king. The lady's name is (Y/N) (L/N). You're not that ordinary lady who would walk around to buy food in some market, but you was secretly a magician. You used your fake name, 'PurpleGold' to conceal herself from gossiping people. You only used your magic to help people in secret or to entertain herself or to your family & friends. You were one of the descendants of past magicians who were performing across the world, sharing joy and entertainment to all children and grown-ups alike. Most of your friends would ask you to perform in front of the townspeople to expose yourself, but you refused to that, because you might get executed for witchcraft(but they'll never be culled by the government). All you wanted is to help people in secret, and to share the fun to the people you love. Your outfit is mostly black and shades of deep purple, and blend in among the crowd.

While walking from the market in a cold evening, you saw at the corner of your eye a poster. You walked past by it, and you walked backwards to see the poster. The poster came from the the king himself. The poster was all colorful and the lettering is all gracefully written in cursive. Speaking of written, the poster is all about inviting all magicians as his only personal magician. To be specific, it read:

GREETINGS TO YOU ALL, MY FELLOW PEOPLE!

I have held a contest for all magicians across kingdoms, as my personal magician!
Show me your very best magic tricks to me at my castle at the next week!

After reading that poster, you frowned and scoffed at it. You don't care about this contest from that flirty king. You bet that he will just kill him or even arrest them for witchcraft, which makes it ironic. You ignored the poster, and walked to your house with silence in the air. There's lamp posts dimly lit, which made the night calming and at the same time mysterious.
While walking, you saw the huge and strong castle of the king. It's so wide and huge that almost touched the sky & probably covered a half of the place. Despite that, it's all beautiful. You would often daydream about living in the castle, and creating a magic barrier to protect your people, 'Hmm. He probably wanted a magician to make him immortal or something for himself.' You thought to yourself while you began to walk faster. Your parents will be dead worried if you stayed in the streets, thinking about him. The last thing you saw from the castle before you turn right to your house, is one of the windows with light through it, where he sleeps there. You didn't notice that he was standing there...

||The next morning|||

"Mama! I found a poster from the walls while playing!" Your little sister, Blanca went running to your parents while clutching the poster from last night on her small left hand, "Oh my, what does it say?" Your mother asked with a cheerful smile while Blanca gave her the poster, "It's from the king! He said he's going to invite magicians as his personal magician!" She excitedly said with a cheerful grin. You were polishing your flat leather boots, while overhearing their conversation, "Dear goodness! (Y/N) my dear, you are invited to his majesty!" Your mother yelled with joy in her tone, "Mother, I don't want to go his castle. He probably fooling people!" You sternly replied, still polishing the show with a bit of anger, "But that would be wonderful to be his personal magician, so he can be entertained by your magic & your beautiful face!" Blanca teased with a smile. You turned your head to Blanca, and you just smiled at her, "Anyways. I am serious about you going to the castle to show what you got." Blanca sweetly said while sitting beside you, watching the shoes getting cleaner & shinier, "I know that Blanca, but I can't go." You replied with a hint of guilt. You don't want to disappoint your sister, but as you only used your magic to help people in secret, like giving them food or taking the lost to where they live to their love ones, "Please, (Y/N)! Not even once! Please do it!" Blanca pleaded. You looked to her deep blue eyes, filled with encouragement and expectations of you accepting. Even your mother wanted you to show your magic too. You don't want them to be disappointed, "Alright. I'll join," You replied with a sigh, "Hooray!" Blanca shouted with joy, "But this will be the only time I'll join, okay?" You said with a smile, "Okay!" Blanca agreed & placed a kiss on your cheek. You really love your sister indeed, "If you're going to join, you have to be prepared for next week!" Mother reminded you with a smile, "But mama, yesterday is last week!" Blanca replied with a smile, "Oh dear goodness me! (Y/N)! Prepare right now!" Your mother yelled at you while going to your room to find the best clothing for you to wear. Blanca noticed a lot of people walking with smiles and worried faces outside of their house. She looked through it, and saw other types of magicians, "(Y/N)! It's today! It's today!" Blanca squealed with excitement, "Oh." You simply replied, while looking through the glass & saw a lot of people walking to the castle.
