KD is a wealthy  & picturesque monarch of his modern empire. It was all peaceful, but the ladies were his only distraction. Whenever he would take personal walks, those ladies were rushing around to find the him. He must wear a cape or a mask to avoid them, or cancel his walks. What people didn't know about him is that he's a lonely person. Every night, he would daydream about having a unique queen. He will shower her with affection and sometimes lust, & treated her as a respected lady in the empire. The problem is that he can't believe that his cousin, Philip, the crown prince of his kingdom was still insisting him to choose among the ladies in his empire, which made him frustrated, "Cousin, you need to find a queen before your coronation! My wedding is after 3 weeks, and you know I have to go to my beloved's kingdom to rule there!" Philip argued with a worried expression on his face, "But all those ladies you showed to me were not perfect! They were just doing this so they can see my body & face!" He scolded him. Indeed, those ladies were just there because of his face. He can't believe why people are more interested in the appearance than the personalities. Then again, personalities are invisible.

He had read a lot of folklore. His only favorite was about a dark witch who broke the law, and was able to save her boyfriend from the other witches. The book was a gift from his grandfather when he was a young prince. He would imagine as the mortal boyfriend of the witch, being saved by a brave & doll faced lady with wizardry.
He should go back to reality at this moment.

He huskily remarked with sad smile. He wasn't feeling well, but he continued to work hard to manage the young ones, "Yes, my emperor." You replied to him with respect, & bowed to him. You stood up from your place, and walked away.
