Narrator's POV

"Mon amour, you looked wonderful." He murmured sweetly as he kept on placing small kisses on your face & neck. You're currently cringing & dying inside. Why are you still alive? "T-thanks?" You replied while going with the flow, specifically pretending to go with it, "You're such a beauty." He murmured again & hugged you affectionately with a gentle smile. You slightly frowned by this. Why can't be the darling be another lady that's more attractive than you?

"H-Hey, Dice. I-I have to go because, I have important things to do." You lied to him as you feebly parted from his sweet hug, "Well, Take care & I'll see you later." He replied with the same true smile. Apparently, Dice smiling is a rare occurrence due to him grinning, smirking or even frowning in his working hours. And you're the lucky gal to see him smiling with sincerity. You quickly ran off outside the casino that was currently close for some reason, & went home immediately.

You finally arrived to your destination, & the beating of your heart was fast & faint sounds was heard. You're just a human being! How can an inanimate object headed man can even fall in love with you. Sure, you're the different gal, but why you? It's extremely strange! You went to your bed to sleep.

The next morning, you felt weight on your body, and you muffled your scream when you see the dice boi himself sleeping soundly beside you. Oh, you just realized that your cousin, Henry gave the king a duplicate of your house key. It's supposed to be a little joke but it turned out to be a chaotic one. You eyes were full of shock, as you carefully left the bed from this touch. Phew! That was a close one- "Doll face?" You quickly turned your head to his direction, and you saw him lazily opening his eyes, 'Oh welp, I am doomed!' You pondered in your mind. One of the greatest ways to start a morning! "What are doing here?" You asked him innocently, pretending again to sound affectionate towards him, "I miss you, (nickname)~" He sleepily replied in his usually singsong tone with with a small smile.

"Haha, I see." You trailed off as you get up to start your day, and he continued to be his flirty self again.

"Ugh, Dice was always following me around! I can't stand him anymore!" You exclaimed in frustration to your friend named Gabrielle, "Well, I think that's how he shows his love towards you." She assured you with a comforting smile, "Sleeping with me without my permission? That's not how it goes!" You replied firmly. Dice heard it all. He felt deep guilt for being such a type of person. It's for his darling's own good.

"What's wrong? It seems your not that happy." You asked him one day under the warm evening with the sea breeze. He looked at you with his charcoal black eyes, but there was no response, "By the way," You started as you let out a silent whimper, "I," A tear formed from your eye, & thank goodness he wiped it off with his gloved hand. Taking his hand, letting it touch on your warm cheek, you sobbed out, "Listen, I am so sorry for not enjoying your affections you gave to me." Hearing those words, the king immediately replied, "I should be the one to apologize! I was acting to possessive towards you, which is pathetic & negative!"

"No! Dice, I fucking love you, okay? I don't give a hell(what) about you having a dice for a head. What matters that I'm your darling." You let it all out. You did it. More tears flowed after you spoke out, "I'm so sorry for speaking about you negatively." You murmured as you embraced him affectionately. After a few moments, you then tip-toed to kiss on his cartoonish mouth(o h). It took a few seconds for both of you to finish because he went deeper. Soon, he will. Not today, but soon.

"Doll? Would you like to try for the, first round?" He suggested with a smug grin. You looked at him with a small smile, "Meh, tomorrow, Dicey. I'm kinda sleepy." You replied to him, "Me too." Yup, he's also sleepy & wanted to have a beauty sleep with you. Aww.
