("My insecurities could eat me alive." -Eminem)

I follow her eyes to the door and see a person stop in his steps. He is different. I can tell by his puffy eyes that he has been drinking a lot. However the redness in his eyes fail to destroy the blueness of his orbs. His eyes are full of threat and darkness. The way his dirty blonde hair is set perfectly in a quiff, makes me wonder how much time he might've spent doing it. His eyebrows shoot up in disbelief as he eyes me from top to bottom. "Hell no. Why should I?" God his accent is strong.

"Well, I have an ankle pain and if you help her out, I might excuse you for breaking the rules and coming over to the girls' dorm building." Martha shrugs, clearly mocking him.

I turn to Martha and smile at her. "No, no. It's okay. If you give me directions, I can find the room on my own-" I begin to say but he cuts me off.

"Martha, I know you will never dare to complain about me but I am going to help you anyways. Which room does she need to go to?" The guy says and walks towards us at the front desk. He puts his hand forward and places his palm before Martha for her to give him the keys to my shared dorm room.

Martha happily places the keys on his palm. "For once, don't be rude honey. She is a lovely girl," She takes a glance at me while he probably rolls his eyes. He starts walking towards the stairs and I begin to drag my suitcases behind me. "Don't you know how to be a gentleman, Niall?" Martha laughs laughs at him. "Carry her bag you doof." She laughs. Niall, that's his name then. Niall shoots Martha a glare while she had her eyes on the computer screen. Then he walks back to me and slides his finger underneath the handles of my suitcases.

"You don't have to." I tell him but heh ignores me of course. He leads the way up the stairs and I already begin to regret my decision about staying at the dorms. Girls begin to throw stares at me already. Some girls stare at us funnily as we walk up the stairs. I pass some giggling girls who wave at Niall and he replies to them with a wink. He stops in front of the room 181 and keeps my bags on the ground with a thud making me jump back.

"Here." Niall hands me the keys without making any eye contact.

"Thank you." I take the keys from his hands and smile at him.

"Whatever." He rolls his eyes and disappears down the stairs.

Before I can twist the key in the key hole, the door flys open and I face a purple head in front of me. What's with people and them colouring their hair in colours at college? If I ever coloured my hair, my mother would kill me. Even though she doesn't know I am still alive.

The girl has her hair in a side braid and has huge glasses on, which I am assuming are fake. Her arms are covered with colourful tattooes but it's impossible for me to say what eeach tattoo resembles. Her cropped top is too cropped and flashes her cleavage very well. "Are you my new room mate?" She raises her perfectly plcuked brow at me while blocking the doorway.

"Yes. I am Tarisha. It's nice to meet you." I put my hand forward to shake her hand. She rolls her eyes and moves out of the doorway, letting me in. My new roommate slams the door very loudly behind me. I settle my suitcases beside the empty bed and look around the medium sized room.

She jumps on her bed and props herself up by the help of her elbows. "You stay at your part of the room and you are not allowed on my side." She says picking on her nails.

I nod, just to satisfy her. This room is not very big and boy, it is hell messy. Clothes and coke cans are scattered across the floor. There are two beds at each side of the room. The beds have enough room for one person to sleep on, maybe two.

"I am Sophie by the way. Did you hear me?" Her voice is high pitched and her lips are painted red.

"Yes I did." I try my best to be polite.
