1. The worm hole theory is that it can connect two dimensions together/ light speed travelling and/or the connection between two black holes.
2. Black holes are space entities that attract anything that gets near them, including light itself.
3. As for the story, black holes are used to travel in time, although it's quite dangerous to do so. Worm holes are used to travel between dimension and it's relatively safer than a black hole.
4. If a person from one dimension travels to a different one and there is already an existing replica of him or her, the universe will try to dispose of the traveler.
5. Due to heavy radiation from black holes, it's life threatening to travel more than once through them.
6. Every universe in every dimension dimension evolves differently from others, some are more advanced technologically, while others evolved biologically. (Understand that is you wish)
7. One dimension cannot affect the other, this includes diseases and viruses.
