Izzy's POV

I reached the back door and began screaming for help. Calum was the first to hear me scream. He came running over. "What is it? What happened?" He asked.

"I don't have time to explain. Come with me." I started walking from where I came. "Quickly!" I yelled at him. I sprinted to wear Michael and Jackson were with Calum following. We reached where they had been. I saw Michael's blood on the floor.. Jackson wasn't here...not that I care. But where is Michael?

//

Since Calum and I had found the spot where Michael's blood was splattered against the concrete, the rest of the boys came out to help. I was full on sobbing as they rushed out. I hadn't stopped crying since Jackson pulled me out of the venue but knowing that something horrible could've happened to Michael just topped it all off. It was all because of me.

Luke had his arm tucked around my waist and was comforting me, but I could sense his distress.
He was whispering comforting phrases to me in an attempt to calm me down. I couldn't get that picture of Michael with a bloody jaw out of my mind.

We were wandering around the backlot. Luckily, all the fans were in the front and there was a gate blocking off the back.

"No, Ashton! It won't be okay! How could you say that it will be okay?! Michael is missing! And it's all because of me! Do you know how horrible this is? Your best friend! Your bandmate! He could be in pain in the middle of nowhere and we have no idea!" I yelled at him. His eyes widened in shock from my words. We continued wandering aimlessly in the never-ending lot.

"Is that Jackson's tour bus?" Cal spoke quietly waiting for assurance from one of us.

"It looks like the bus he took me on last night. That must be it. But the lights are off and what if he's not even in there?" My voice was low and I felt a wave of guilt wash over me.

"You never know if you never try." Luke looked at all of us.

"Or in Michael's words, 'If you don't swim, you'll drown.'" Ashton added making me cry even harder. "So we're going to the tour bus, right?" All of us agreed so we walked carefully to the door of the bus. Calum carefully pulled the door open as soundless as he could.

"Luke, you go first. You're the lightest out of Calum and me." Luke went along with the plan but before he left he gave me a warm, comforting hug and told me everything would be alright. He took his shoes off and placed them to the side. He took cautious steps up the stairs and went around the corner. Since I didn't have Luke to hold onto, I clutched onto Ashton who was gripping me tight.

Out of nowhere, Luke shot down the stairs and stood in front of us. All the color had disappeared from his face.

"What is it?!" Calum yelled on edge. Luke's head wouldn't stop shaking and he looked like he was about to pass out.

I rushed over to him. "What is it?" I asked him calmly. "What's in there?"

"I-I can't explain. I-I don't... Izzy... You can't go in there. I won't let you." Before anyone could stop me, I bolted into the bus and searched everywhere for where the scene might be. I reached the back of the bus and hesitantly opened the door. I dropped on my knees in front of his body. I couldn't tell if he was lifeless or not. What I could tell was that he had lost a lot of blood and that he looked like a ghost. This was all my fault. I didn't realise I was screaming until the boys rushed in to see me bent down by an unconscious Michael.

"Fuck! Someone call 911!" All of us stayed put. "NOW!" Calum ran off to make the call. I was now holding Michael's hand for dear life. "Let me see if he has a pulse." Ashton bent down and held onto Michael's wrists checking for any signs of life. "He's still breathing." All of us let out a sigh of relief. But I was still holding onto him. I would never let go.
