Who's going to look?"
"We should do it together." Michael suggested. I nodded and we opened our car doors. This may sound 'gay', but Michael immediately grabbed my hand and I took his as we walked to the edge of the cliff. Both of us shaking and taking deep breaths. We glanced at each other, mentally agreeing to look down together.
And we did.

"She has multiple injuries. A broken right arm, a few torn ligaments in her leg, broken left foot, etc. She won't be walking or moving anytime soon. We aren't sure when she'll wake up." The nurse told the four boys.
All of their attention was on the broken girl in front of them. They knew she didn't know they were standing in her white and basic hospital room. But they were. Because they care.
"Can I have a moment with her?" Michael asked the guys. Luke shot an accusing look towards Michael before leaving the room with the rest of the boys.
"God, Izzy. I had no idea this would happen to you." He spoke softly, gripping onto her hand. "I know you're going to make it. I made it through. You can make it through." The tears were streaming down his face. "You were there for me. I'm going to be there for you." He stayed silent for a while, just holding her hand and breathing at a steady pace.
"Michael, can we come back in?" Calum asked from the other side of the door.
"Yeah."
"You should get some food to hold you over. We'll probably be here for a while."
"Dammit guys. What about the shows?" Ashton realized, suddenly freaking out. All of the boys grew wide-eyed. Ashton gripped his hair in frustration.
"Maybe they can hire a back-up act? They have to have one... Right?"
"I don't want to disappoint the fans..."
"We can always come back and do some acoustic shows. We'll just tweet them and make a promise." Ashton reluctantly nodded his head.
"Who should we call first?" Even though they were indoors, Calum and Ashton had sunglasses on and they kept popping Advil every few hours due to the horrid headaches they were nursing.
"Michael and I called John and he said that he would speak to One Direction's management." They had decided that calling their management first would be the healthiest choice for their career and for the tour. "We still need to call Stew."
"Well, he is the tour manager so that would be a great idea." Attitude was practically dripping out of Ashton's mouth.
"Who's gonna make the call?"
"I'll do it. He thinks I'm the most responsible since I'm the youngest." Luke raised his hand and volunteered. He took his iPhone out of skinny jean pocket and dialed.
"Luke?"
"Hi Stew."
"Bit of a random call so early in the morning. It's only nine in the morning... You sound exhausted."
"Well, the boys and I are kind of in a pickle."
"There's definitely something wrong. You never talk like that." Stew let out a short laugh. "Seriously. What's wrong? You didn't get in an accident, did you?"
"Well...The guys and I didn't."
"Get to the point."
"Izzy did."
