23. Past Future Perfect & Past Future Perfect Continuous

Sekalian aja ya untuk tenses yang terakhir nih. Nama tensesnya aja panjaang pake bangeet. Pada intinya, fungsi kedua tenses ini sama dengan tenses sebelumnya dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang berbeda. Tenses Past Future Perfect & Past Future Perfect Continuous ini disebut juga dengan untrue/ unreal di dunia past.

A1. Rumus Active Voice Past Future Perfect

(+) S + would + have + V3 (+O + Adv.)

(-) S + would + not + have + V3 (O + Adv.)

(?) Would + S + have + V3 (+O + Adv.)?

(-?) Would + S + not + have + V3 (+O + Adv.)?

Wouldn't + S + have + V3 (+O + Adv.)?

e.g.:

(+) She would have bought a new book.

(-) She would not have bought a new book.

(?) Would she have bought a new book?

(-?) Would she not have bought a new book?

Wouldn't she have bought a new book?

A2. Rumus Active Voice Past Future Perfect Continuous

(+) S + would + have + been + Ving (+O + Adv.)

(-) S + would + not + have + been + ving (O + Adv.)

(?) Would + S + have + been + Ving (+O + Adv.)?

(-?) Would + S + not + have + been + Ving (+O + Adv.)?

Wouldn't + S + have + been + Ving (+O + Adv.)?

e.g.:

B. Rumus Nominal Sentence Past Future Perfect = Past Future Perfect Continuous

(+) S + would + have + been + ANA

(-) S + would + not + have + been + ANA

Wouldn't + S + have + been + ANA?

e.g.:

(+) The test would have been easy.

(-) The test would not have been easy.

C. Fungsi Past Future Perfect = Past Future Perfect Continuous

1. bermakna akan dalam Conditional Sentence

e.g.:

- If he had studied hard, he would have passed the exam. (Seandainya aku belajar, dengan giat aku akan lulus ujian)

Fact: He didn't study hard. He failed the exam. (faktanya; Dia tidak belajar dengan giat. Dia gagal ujian)

2. bermakna 'akan' dalam Reported Speech

Direct speech: Ann said, "I would answer the phone."

Indirect speech: Ann said that she would have answered the phone.
